There is at present already a tracker for this:

I did not see a forum link for discussing this series, so I did a search for 'Tokimeki', but unfortunately all the existing threads that came up were for the series Tokimeki Memorial (aka TokiMemo) and no threads existed for discussing Tonight.

So I figured I would make one. Currently, as I am looking at it, episodes 1-16 subbed by Saitei Subs in 2011 are listed.

They have actually done more work though. Their blog at http://saitei.wordpress.com/ which we list at http://animesuki.com/group.php/721.html links to a new site for them which I hope we can update to.

It's a bit odd as they appear to have moved in 2010, prior to actually starting subbing Tokimeki Tonight, which is their only work listed on AnimeSuki, so I'm not sure why we'd only have their old blog link.

A warning though: when I went to this new site, I got a malware warning, I'm not entirely sure why, may ask them what could have caused it. Any tech-savvy people have any insights? Their new site is http://www.saiteisubs.com/

If you check out their TT tag: http://www.saiteisubs.com/tag/tokimeki-tonight/ in 2012, they released a v2 of episode 16, as well as episodes 17-19. I will post them under torrent submissions so that they get listed too.
