I did look at it but it's not the same format as the other TIPS - as in, it seems to have just been a reference to Umineko inside another manga? so the stuff on the umineco.info wiki are c&ps from a 2ch thread relating to it.

The most important part seems to be the outline of events that goes as follows:

As an aside, is anyone else translating Arigato for 556? I'm making an attempt but it might be a really long time before it's done
