Wow! I've waiting for Naruto to show his face in this was for what feels like forever and now that he is facing the ultimate test he has to get saved by Gai and Kakashi! Call me crazy but he is suppose to be the strongest guy the alliance has on the battlefield right?

I was hoping we would see Naruto take on Madara to be sort of a test of his abilities. IMO, we haven't seen that yet. I hope spamming Rasegan isn't the best he's got.

And on top of all that, isn't it too early for Naruto to run into Tobi? Haven't seen Sasuke yet or seen the Alliance go on the offensive.

The alliance has already won it's just Madara and Tobi left.

well at least this episode was awesome and filler free. i seem to remember arguing with a particular person on this thread that they could still insert filler material anywhere they wanted in the upcoming canon material. unfortunately i was right...

Wow Kakashi's Raikiri must be an awsome technique as not one of his opponents has managed to counter it while all of Pain's technique's are now worthless and easy to counter

Otherwise an okay episode though next week looks like flashback hell because it's not like those who watch Naruto haven't seen all those scene's a hundred times before.

Didn't know tailed beasts could talk to each other.
Nine Tails sure is a grumpy one..
Looks like his relationship with Naruto has improved though.
It was nice seeing Kakashi fight ^^
Wish they would show us his face already.
This was actually a pretty good episode for a change.

I've been waiting for Kyuubi and Naruto to finally put their differences aside and finally be friends. I knew it would be a long time in the coming, but this episode has finally sent us on that path.

I really loved this episode.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the first scene with Sasuke. What was up with his eyes. The Sharingon(sp?) took on a shape I've never seen before. Any guesses on that?

they transplanted his brother eyes to him , since he was loosing his eyes sight after overusing his Mangekyō Sharingan (happened after the fight with Danzo) , so now his new eyes morphed into a Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

Well if that is the case Kabuto doesn't seem all that concerned. His reanimation clones have been getting taken out and he has never seemed all that upset about it. Leads me to believe he still has a lot more strings left to pull.

Kabuto is just happy because , his "trump card" Edo Madara is more bad ass then he excepted him to be .

haha! that doesn't even seem like a corner that benefits anyone by being cut. just extend the lines a little and it looks way better...

As always, the animators used in the OPs are generally better than those used in the regular episodes. And it's not unlikely to see some bad animators in the regular episodes.

I just reviewed this episode again, and I must say that I really loved it. I loved conversation between Naruto and Son Goku. It was really heart felt and genuine. I only hope that nartuo and the kyuubi will become friends one day.
