For a pose designed to evoke the romantic kind of emotions, their expressions doesn't really mesh well into the picture.

It's neither evocatively beautiful nor evocatively tragic. Snapshots like these typically denote the climax or resolution of something... but the artist chose to draw the scene a few seconds outside of the best moment.

It's bad fanart... but it was pretty amusing, considering this did literally flash in my mind when I read Lucifer & Biscuit Hammer.

Y'know, after seeing the two latest NEXT, I can't help but suspect the artist is used in drawing weapons but not faces.

Is this supposed to convey romance? Because the two of them seems to stare at each other dumbfounded.

An "oh shit" expression when advertising your new toy is not exactly the most appropriate.
