I now have good reason to believe it's from the latest issue of dengeki bunko mag. --- Also, there's an interview with some of the VAs. http://news.dengeki.com/elem/000/000/438/438634/ They basically went over things that VAs would talk about in these kind of interview (excitement for the role etc.), except few of them kinda made offhanded remarks about season 2 (Chiwa outright said she will continue to do her best in season 2). I wish they'd hurry up and make an "official" announcement already. --- 境界線上のホライゾン 〔Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere〕 2 (初回限定版) [Blu-ray] 福山潤 (出演), 茅原実里 (出演), 川上稔 (監督) | 形式: Blu-ray Kawakami is now the director wwwwww; it's ok Amazon, that's a legitimate mistake. finally I can catch up with this series....
so far.... my impression : ep 1-5 is just a very slow and boring start for me... almost drop this anime because they don't focus only in main character but also in both Honda (Seijun and Futayo) at first, I don't see the point.... but starting at the end of ep 5 and in ep 6... this anime somehow become a very good anime and I can't stop watch it until now satisfied so far.... and I can see Code Geass plot.... hopefully we don't get Code Geass ending... xD |

From the sales threads (for future reference),
Looks like episode 4 "saved" the series. Kazuno's battle was very strong impression. The ending trend near the end's as expected. Though 7's drop is probably the LN people crapping all over the episode leading to people losing faith in the adaptation. 2 cour is not confirmed for season 2, it's kinda a huge concern right now. |

Yeah, honestly. This is like Tiger and Bunny vol1 all over again. Though a few days ago, I've read Akiba's retail shops were out of stock too. Being understock's just hilarious because they probably didn't anticipate the series being popular. Seeing the commentaries from episode 1 until 13 is just satisfying. People went from getting overwhelmed by the series to calling it one of the best in the season. |

So, I only recently started to watch this, and my first impression was indeed, "WTF?"
But I quickly got hooked as it progress. It has a unique story and elements, and a lot interesting characters though only a few of them gets developed. I still remember the jaw drop moment at the end of ep.7 lol. Also, one thing that was quite a refresher is ep.8 and 9. Political debate is a nice change from a certain almighty-solve-all-right-hand-punch from another series, because politics does matter! Oh, and Kimi is officially my favorite character in the series now <3 Anyways, definitely looking forward for the next season.
