at fate's hq, beat one of fate girls to death again, make her disguise as asuna with shiori artifact and tie her in asuna's place, then, take asuna and anya back. no substitute for anya though.

glad tatsumiya and chisame caught negi asking asuna to have a private conv, if she ever tried to escape tatsumiya wont let her

and GGM key obviously is asuna herself -.-

That's just about the worst idea you could suggest to someone who's just a kid.

I actually don't think Shiori turning is all that likely. Fate's girls have so far been shown to be remarkably loyal. The only difference here is that Shiori is actually being influenced by Asuna's feelings, but whether that still applies after her cover is blown is anyone's guess. We might get some amnesiac dissonance when it is, though.

Chapter 281 so awesome! Sayo with the chaingun going crazy was pure jokes to Yue getting her memory back and who can forget Chachamaru's orbital ion neko cannon! xD

I think it was just a memory trigger knowing that nodoka was her best friend. Im betting learning more about the others and seeing how they act will trigger more of her memories to come back.

My guess is we'll get a bit of resolution on this in the current chapter, since she's with the group now, and for some of them this is their first time seeing her since they were split up. I'm also of the impression that she got "the whole package", but there's bound to be some confusion for a while while her brain tries to make sense of it.

Nice breather + plot exposition chapter

It seems for Nodoka for some things haven't changed; she was still as adorably shy as ever when her classmates were praising her (she's even drawn with her hair covering her eyes), but at the same time, a lot of things have changed, her classmates and Negi have more respect than ever for her, and now Negi sees her as a truly helpful companion who can hold her own.

Also Haruna seems to grow more diabolical each chapter (she's got the evilest grin out of all of Negi's students). I wonder if the manga's going to end with her conquering the world or something.

you only caught on now? you didn't notice which student went into the MW with nothing and came out of it with a flying ship?

I got the idea that she was twisted as early as the Mahora Festival Arc when she drew how she was going to torture Nodoka and Yue for not telling her about magic, but I only found out about and started posting in this thread relatively recently; and this chapter reminded me of it.

Negi finally called Asuna for tet-a-tet conversation. It reminds me the earliest chapters with all love-love-confessions misunderstandings. It'll be fun.
