I´d take the Byakugan, since I find it at least as helpful as the normal 3-toes Sharingan, plus I don´t wanna lose my eye sight nor kill my best friend. :O

The normal sharingan can create gentjutsus but the Byakugan can see the chakra and beyond of the gentjutsus

Sharingan, it has the ability to create plotholes.

Like when Sasuke vs. Lee alllllll thee way at the begining, Sasuke was liek "Shoot, I can't see what he's going to do next, and I can't copy him with Sharingan". Then in the chuunin exams, Sasuke goes sharingan, then copies lee's lotus.

But then again, I'd figure it be vital for the discussion to have established the time period of both byakugan and Sharingan. Because Kakashi vs. Zabuza, Zabuza's like "He FORCES me to use a specific jutsu with his sharingan". Nothing was ever said on the matter, so I guess it's unknown.

And besides, if i were to date a chick with one of the eyes, it'd definitely be sharingan. I mean the byakugan looks so....Bwaaahhh

To be fair, Sasuke was getting pummeled at the time as well and never intended on copying it.

Plus he never managed to copy it completely.

Sasuke would rape (metaphorically) hinata with two hands tied behind his back blindfolded literally and neji is so lagging that i doubt he'll be any better. Sharingan hands down on the sole fact that it seems to be kishi's never-ending gift to us all that he holds so dear to his heart.

Serious note; Sharingan. I wish, so very very badly, that it was Byakugan, but we've seen next to nothing from it's users lately, and I'm almost afraid to say it's being written out of the story completely.

But Danzou might still have his plot armor on, we don't know whether or not Kishi is done with him yet, but now that Madara has revealed himself and his plan, Danzou's part might be over and Ao will be free to finish Danzou off.
