You can watch it on YouTube Channel "Ani-One Asia".
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...EWHhlXoQfWAk0w Though you might have to use a VPN through Asian route, as it's region locked. VPN through these might work (though don't use Chinese VPN, as you might get Chinese Subs instead) Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Seychelles, Singapore, Solomon Island, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Vietnam.

I binge watched the last 5 eps, and the development in the last 3 have been pretty entertaining. It was kind of obvious as they headed further and further into the snow that he'd "turn" on them, as the dialogue was leading up to such a conclusion. Even though they were a bit slow to come around, I loved the anguish on the generals faces as they come to terms with the situation. They finally steeled themselves to fight, though I wish there was more cohesion between all of them; since some of the generals got the resolve to fight him quicker than others, it ended up being 2 or 1 vs 1 most of the time instead of 5 vs 1. The buildup of emotion displayed by Leo and Echidna as he was sealed felt pretty genuine and relatable, since it was built up well during the course of the story(much better than, say, Tate's recent episodes =0v). Though one can say his "betrayal" was a bit of a heel-turn, I personally liked the direction it took.
Its obvious that he won't die, esp since he just got flesh wounds and not deep stabs in the heart or decapitation of limbs/head, but regardless of how cheesy his comeback/survival is, as the climax of this arc(ep 10/11), I thought was well done. Now just more curious how the stone will be used without killing him.

Power of friendship saves everyone in the end.
![]() Not the greatest series of the season but a pretty fun watch overall. I have mixed feelings on one volume adaptations with anime original padding but it worked really well here. Probably a solid 7/10 or so. |

Started in mostly comedy but by the end became something a bit more existential. Was a nice change of pace from what you'd normally expect out of a 'hero' show.
7/10 edit: looks like we've got more: https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/new...rt-ova/.186798

![]() I'm glad HiDive picked up the OVA but it sounds like its basically a fanservice episode. Can't really complain about more Echidna tail porn though. ![]() |

There was no build-up or proper explanation of the characters introduced at the start, and they skipped parts about Naofumi learning new magical skills from other sources. They even skipped a lot of aspects of the Spirit Tortoise Familiar's (like its parasitic nature, and how it affected few of Naofumi's people).
