Haha, that synopsis. I’m looking forward to seeing Hajime’s first encounters with his in-laws as well as the girls’ culture shock in modern Japan. Hopefully things didn’t turn out like they did in Eto Shin’s fake version. I’d also love to see Misaki Mori come back for more spinoff manga. The after story adapted to Nichijou is bound to be hilarious.

It usually takes a month or two after the Japanese publication for the English license renewal to go through and get announced. Then, depending on the volume length, it will be a few more months for the translation. Of course, that’s assuming they don’t decide to sit on it for awhile to let another volume get published.

Well, a Thread has already been made on J-Novel's Forums regarding the release, so maybe they got the news about it through that (if they didn't already get it from their own sources).

Though i do know they wouldn't comment regarding licensing of it now even asked, until they decide to announce it themselves.

Yeah, that's a likely situation to happen.
I know for J-Novel, Arifureta is one of their big series (since it's one of their early licenses as well).

But they have been holding on translation for months for some series that i follow, like
- Realist Hero got it's Vol.19 back in February 2024, and now we are getting it's Finale Volume (Vol.20) and a SSC Volume on 25th December 2024.
- Ideal Sponger Life Vol.15 was released back in December 2023.

Nice, looks like Takaya_Ki has been upping his game. It’s going to take awhile to get used to black haired Hajime again. The contents are interesting. It’s definitely not going to be in release order, but it looks like Shirakome has also revised his original rough timeline, so now there’s no telling when certain events will happen. Originally Tio’s arc and Tortus Travel would have happened in this timeframe.

I thought Tio's Arc was supposed to be a few months after Hajime & Co's return, when they went to meet Hajime's Grandparents to show them that Hajime was alive and well (not sure whether it was supposed to happen before Shea's Isekai Arc or after it).

While Tortus Travel happened about a year after Hajime & Co's return.

Yeah. Hajime’s trip to his grandparents happened at the same time as the Angel’s Guardian chapter, and Tortus Travel was right after Aiko-sensei’s Worries. Shea’s arc happened after New Year’s, and Abyssgate Berserk arc was between Christmas and New Year’s originally. The reunion chapter was also later, after the Vatican arc and when Kouki’s arc was beginning, about a year after their return.

Guess have to wait and see how Shirakome retcons the After Story plot to be more streamlined and properly in order.

It's obvious that he is going to skip a few in-between big plots, mostly related to Abyssgate arc's and other big arc's, while saying something like "that's a story for another day" or something similar, because those plots are basically like a Volume on their own.

What i wonder though is whether Chapter 7 "ありふれきれていない学生生活" (Uncommon Student Life) from LN Vol.14 has the same plot as the four After Story Chapters "Mundane School Life" (ありふれた学生生活).

If it is, then i wonder whether we would get an illustration for "Kouhai-chan" or not (maybe even "Bus Guide-san"?).

Given the chapter length, maybe a combination of Mundane School Life 1 and some LN original content. 2,3, and 4 happened during the next year. It would be nice to get a picture of Hinorin, though.

Considering the author's habit of retcon the main story events in AS follow the change in LNs, i wonder will he change the AS in the LN even further?

He would definitely have to, as the timeline for a lot of the AS plot is still wonky.
