I would think Arume could reproduce with human males if they can reproduce with females. However, even if she could get past how disgusting it is, she'd only give birth to a daughter. Remember, the problem is that they cannot conceive male offspring.
The scope of the manga is a bit narrow to say that mixed women are a rarity. The only one we know of so far is Yui, though judging by her conversation with Misato it doesn't seem to be uncommon. Even mixed offspring still have their trademark blue eyes, which is the only outward physical difference, so even if we see them we may not notice.

I would say it's possible, if the female body somehow can determine the hormone level or even the genome of the baby and rejects/change the male one it would be possible.
Genes play a great part in determining sex but if I remember correctly it's the early stage hormone that it more directly connected for example I seem to read that non-identical twins can sometimes affect the natural sex, that's called freemartin or sth.
So if one alien mates with male human,there could be female alien with male genes setup, that still wont solve their prob though.

I really don't think human biology applies completely here. They are aliens, after all. They are females and they should not be able to reproduce with females. But they can with human females. This alone already overturns human biology. Why can't they reproduce only female offspring even if with males? Even if they are aliens, their biology must be like us? There are similarities (that's why they can reproduce with human females) but also differences (only female offspring is reproduced even if with males), I would imagine.

There's a substantial amount of genetic and biological similarities required in order for two organisms to be able to reproduce with each other, so it obviously does apply to some extent. I suppose the question is just how similar the two races are and in what ways.
Their ability to reproduce monosexually (it's okay if I invent words, right?) doesn't really apply here since that's a technological modification rather than a biological feature.

A second chapter of BLUE DROP ~Tenshi no Itazura~ manga was serialized in volume 4 of the shounen manga magazine Champion RED Ichigo (released on October 5, 2007), and its the ending chapter (to my knowledge).

Yeah, that makes BLUE DROP ~Tenshi no Itazura~ a 2 chapter one shot manga >.< not only a 1 chapter manga.

Tenshi no Itazura was an interesting chapter. It seemed to me to be a metaphor for the clash of the two societies. Hint: what follows that page is probably not what you expect.

Also, I kinda feel like anyone who doesn't know what's really happening there could end up scarred for life

LOL, I posted that preview when I had bad quality scans of the manga, which I didn't dare to read because of the bad quality >.< so I didn't know what that scene was off.

Also that preview of the manga will get people thinking: "WTF is happening there?" (LOOOL)

I know what's happening and it's still a huge WTF. This manga has such a warped sense of humor

Good quality? I had to squint to make out some of the print in my version, and had to look up some of the kanji by radicals because I could neither read the furigana nor make out enough of the character to get a stroke count

Wow! lililicious finally scanlated the last chapter of the original Blue Drop manga: "Tenshi no Sentaku" (The Angel's Choice).

A huge thanks to the lililicious guys!!!!!!

EDIT: Wow (again lol). Finally getting the finest details made me realize this chapter, and therefore "Tenshi no Yakusoku" (The Angel's Promise) too, takes place before "Kowareta Tenshi" (Broken Angel). That was pretty surprising.

This also means that...

That kinda makes up for the end of Broken Angel.

Absolutely. Since you seem fairly well versed in the language yourself, you can help double-check my translations. My problem is that I don't have photoshop and don't feel like taking the time to learn to use it.
