Yeah, that was silly. Feels like they exhausted Klaxosaurs, they are not zombies nor Beta and not even titans. As you said they feel more like Angels (Klaxosaurs also have a core and their coming is not clear, but doesn't seem an invasion). On the other hand I never perceived a real sense of impending doom or danger despite they have told us about the great risks. They (our boys) are growing up. That seems the whole point of the first cour. So I suppose around the end of the cour we will have the first loss.

I truly think might have more then one partner switch... back in episode 5 the leader of 26 said ichigo was way to good for their makeshift team... APE might move her to their elite team like 02 before she was resigned to 13

I hate to say this, but anime as mainstream actually came and went. The 90s anime boom peaked about 2002-04 where 85% of Americans between 14 and 35 watched at least one hour of anime a week.

Then Saturday morning cartoons died along with weekday cartoon blocks, and cartoon Network's new executives hated it and killed it off the network and that boom faded away. It's hard to be more mainstream than 85% of the primary demographic advertiser's aim for.

How about this: we've seen Dr Franxx tell Nana and Hachi not to say certain things to the APE council. How about if the book Kokoro has found is actually "taboo"? What if that gets reported and the APE council decide to arrange for Kokoro's death before the info spreads too far (under the assumption that she hasn't spoken much of it yet by this point).

That would be "interesting" in all sorts of ways... though also seriously creepy.

Mitsuru and Koroko at this point is going to happen the question is when and who will ask for it? My money is on koroko wanting the switch ... we had three EP in a row with them from 6-8....

honestly most of these partnership are basically ( arranged marriage) besides zero two and hiro Franxx and APE pick their partners for them based on something they think will make them comparable and their system is not 100% because mitsure has a lesbian partner

Episode 9 is out!

Ooh, I like the relationship development for Ichigo and Goro this week. We got to see their past and also, it's important to note that in the end, it's Goro that gave her back the hair thing rather than Hiro. I'm proud of him for confessing too. Maybe we'll get a response back from Ichigo in a few more episodes.

Gotta love how Ichigo used her V sign twice this episode - once when they were kids and now they are older in the present timelline.

haha. gotta love the title of "triangle bomb." so once again, lots of subtle and not so subtle hints and symbolism. the most obvious being Ichigo losing her hair clip and Gobro giving her the one he wanted to give her a long time ago.

the show is still excellent, but i'm still hoping the focus shifts back to 02 and Hiro at some point. though i wouldn't be against them giving each pilot pair an episode for development. that would bring us to the mid season finale, in which something drastic would preferably happy.

it seems like they switched out the ed as well. that's a disappointment.

I love that Goro came to all of his conclusions on his own and properly told Ichigo the entire truth. Really interested in seeing how they continue to develop from here on out.

No, its not friendzone at all. Ichigo is shocked, trusts goro as a partner, but has no idea how to respond to 'I love you' -- but she didn't reject him. Her taking his hairclip is a symbol that she is over Hiro and is looking to/at Goro. We now have 3 couples pretty well sorted.

He is not friend zone pretty much they are hinting at ichigo moving on in the future to goro. Honestly I am waiting for the 2nd half where people have to die and the end game Ships

Yup I love Goro my favorite character. Though I do like Ichigo this episode so there’s something, also good work Miku! I like how she called Ichigo out on her past actions. I’m also sincerely wishing Ichigo moves on from Hiro.
So the next title is boys and girls??

Ya I enjoy ichigo but we had three meh EPs in a row. And I want more plot I might put this on hokd until the 2nd count because nothing interesting is happing..... I want to know about the 9's, APE, and the GC hiro has to take zero two to for some goal
