Before the series had even debuted (as in: roughly one week ago), the fine people over at Nico were already mashing up Kana's "Daijoubui~" with Yui's "Un-tan!", mostly on the Aki Toyosaki factor.

Cuuute! I love the character designs, myself. And there are some great voices, such as Hirohashi Ryou and Endou Aya, to say nothing of Horie Yui, and Kitamura Eri, and a nice performance by Mizuhara Kaoru (Misao in Lucky Star), with Kugimiya Rie to come. I like Toyosaki Aki here at least as well as in K-On. I found the humor fairly middling, but the sentimentality, moe, and low-intensity yuri were right up my alley.

I'll be back next week to see if this can keep sustaining my interest. It's a flimsy little trifle, but I enjoyed it.

Oh good, another moe series this summer ^^ /me approves. And LOL at the excessive yuri, I thought we'd have only Aoi Hana for that but apparently most series this season have some sort of yuri

But this one probably takes the cake. AND a yuri lolicon, too

The first thing that came into my head watching this is "It's like a comedy ecchi version of Binbou Shimai Monogatari!"
I think I may have found my enjoyably silly series of the summer. So long as they don't completely overdo the 'cat censor' parts...

The show is cute, and the yuri and lolicon rape bits in the middle caught me off guard for sure, but apart from that nothing else really stood out for me. It had a few humorous bits, but I don't really like any of the characters yet, nor do I feel sorry for Kana and the difficulties she just went through as a 13-year old girl...

I'll watch episode 2 though, but I'm pretty sure I can't expect much more than what was presented to me now.

This show has a wonderful cast, and I've made a page showing pics of the characters and their seiyuus, with a few roles each seiyuu has played before.

That includes Toyosaki Aki (Yui in K-On), Hirohashi Ryou (Kyou in Clannad, Ame in Denpateki na Kanojo), Endou Aya (Sheryl in Macross F), Horie Yui, Kitamura Eri (Rin in Kodomo no Jikan), and Kugimiya Rie.

I was under the assumption that Kana and her grandma were just renting out that house, and thus the owner had no choice but to move out the things. Kana thinking she would be moved and sold too was most likely just her overreacting.

Impressive first episode and in some way, an emotional rollercoaster. ep 1 Spoiler: What amazes me about this is the small and subtle pieces of emotion they put into this. For Kana who just experienced a major shock in her life to her being assaulted by this new group of friends (seemingly having forgotten her pains) to then remembering them again at the end. It was really moving to see how Kana, being 13, is being normal whilst to outsiders (the girls) her state is really pitiful indeed. Newspaper for a futon? I felt a sudden urge to cry BWAAAAAAAAAA! along with the other girls. It was just that type of touching story and I am frankly very weak against things like these. It was clear from the start on that the girls in this business weren't normal especially since you have an elementary schooler running the business (yes, she isn't an old girl who just happens to look loli by chance) and then getting to the point where yuri is also clear. Nothing against it and I find it quite humorous too when drunktard Haruka was hugging the chief like a doll going "flat, flat flat chested!". I really liked the feel of the story so far and the characters are an obvious strong point. The character designs are to my liking too (cuteness overdose much?) and is stable as far as I can see. Right now this is shaping up to be quite a good summer season. Hopefully it will stay that way. Where are they taking it? Why does believe they will move her as well to sell her off? It confused me as to why Kana felt she was in dire straights. If she did not have any relatives left, what right does anyone have over any of the items? Also, shouldn't the proceeds be left with her, if they were to be sold? Even the movers seemed confused about her actions. Forgetting about the beginning, the light humor is nice. I will see how the series will pan out after a few more episodes. __________________

I guess the fact that the yuri in this doesn't hold back is one of the very funny parts this show has to offer. You have stuff like Saki, but they just blush at each other the whole time... (and isn't funny either after the first few times) Though someone might want to arrest that blue-hair soon... Funny though, but dangerous. Hmm~... I think it has been a while since I've seen Kugimiya play a loli tsundere role... If it wasn't an anime, the girl would have ended up with a whole bunch of injuries... Falling so much like that. (>_>) The names on the delivery list... The seiyuus... A nice/peaceful anime with funny/loud yuri moments. So far so good. Looking forward to the next episode.
