I have a plain look. Well, Oppa likes it this way, so I'm just following his wishes. |

Then it was simply me mixing you up with an Australian friend of mine, who is a Vietnamese-Teochew
Well, at least "Asian" isn't as wide a pool compared to "brown people". I've been mistaken for a wide variety of races, from Indian to Mexican. But indeed I do not look terribly Indonesian.

I'll try to do some halloween pics in a week or two or at least dig up something more recent that doesn't suck ...
... but found these photos emptying a closet this weekend. They're from the late 1980s and remind me how relatively little my significant other has changed. This is probably the shortest hair wife and I ever had - and mostly because the little squid in the pics (#1 son) kept using our hair as climbing rope so we cut it all off. edit: added a recent pic of #1 son and wife just for grins. He got bigger, she didn't.

1) motorcycle gang 2) escaped Viking 3) escaped extra from LOTR Once in a while I get "hippie" but that's usually from someone who probably called me "hippie" back in the 1970s. That actually happened to me a few weeks ago in the parking lot of a grocery store. Got out of my car. Some yap rat in the next car is yapping. I smile and say hello to it. The owner is standing on the other side and says (I quote), "he doesn't like hippies". Man was probably 10-20 years older than me -- he never got over the 60s I'm guessing. I just said, "Nice to know there's at least one jackass left from the 50s as an example of poor social skills" and smiled as I walked away.
