I'm gonna have to re-watch this. I bought the blu-ray... been meaning to watch it too.

I hope they do the censoring the same way as the first season. Best censoring job any series has done, ever.

True the black ink that goes wild is pretty well done censoring. You can view it as a power flow instead of censoring.

The show's aesthetic, which I can now reasonably compare to Kajiri Kamui Kagura (though both are, of course, drawn from traditional woodblock prints), is one of the best things about it. It's unique, it's stylish, but above all, it's cool. Samurai magical girls are second. The fanservice, as nice it is, is only third on my list of reasons to watch. And the second season has them all.

This sure looks like fun. Plenty of action and fanservice, and the art direction is identical to the first season. That's exactly what I wanted.

Sadly, At-x is no guarantee for uncensored stuff anymore. Tlr Darkness this season was already the third show that ran completely consored on At-x. I really don't hope that will be an ongoing trend, and that it will be uncensored, but you never know.

Can anyone explain the censoring of naked female bodies in Japan? I always wonder, I gotten answers like its the law of Japan or something but never figure out its meaning. I already know its the law, but what is the reasoning for it. Are Japanese people more or less sensitives to such things?

Appears so, from the looks of it. There are 4 new master samurai with a blue aura similar to Gisen as antagonists.
