I don't mean to sound sexist, or a smart-ass, but

I've recently seen Bleach op 10, but I don't watch the newer episodes. In the new op, they seem to draw more attention to Orihime, Rukia, and Matsumoto, three characters that have basically, never done much in the series. Rukia has ice, but from eps 1-130ish, she does nothing. Orihime has no offensive power whatsoever, and Matsumoto attacks with....ashes?

By them drawing attention to the 3 people, does that mean they have more of a special part in the show? Are they stronger now? Or is it just the same way it was before?

Matsumoto did do more action but there was none Rukia and Orihime. Only a bit n the begining.

i wanna ask abt 2nd squad (Yoruichi/ Soifong)
is the squad part of Royal Guard (come directly under Royalty) or Onmitsu Kidou (come under Central 46)?!
if they are from Royal Guard .. what is Onmitsu Kidou and who is responsible for this division and vise versa?!

The second squad is divided into four groups, the kido corps, secret mobile corps, the main division and one I don't remember atm. They were listed in the pendulum arc, around maggot's nest.

It depicts clearly the hierarchy of SS.

Unfortunately in Pendulum arc, Kubo contradicted a lot of things shown in the pictured & mentioned in SS arc. For example he made Yoruichi a captain, and merged Gotei 2nd squad & Cover corps.
In Pendulum Urahara went as far as to say that high ranked 2nd squad shinigami are also commanders of the Cover Corps.
Pendulum arc was the definition of contradiction lol
