And the image is from Onani Master Kurosawa. Last volume.

It changes gears from what I've seen of the raws and turns into a pretty awesome relationship build-up. Which is hilarious and awesome considering the original topic matter and the dark psychological drama it was during the first three volumes.

This. But like I'm discussing with Darknemo at the moment, the romance side of it was pretty weak. Hopefully the novel will be a lot more informative. Especially to Sugawa's feelings.

We got our answer for how they'd make Faldio shoot Alicia though.
So our Super Perfect Faldio suddenly looses a screw over having people killed which we didn't see him interact with much (well except this episode. Guess the rewriters suddenly remembered he was a platoon leader and not just an alicia stalker).
Somehow the cold and calculating Faldio shooting with his sniper rifle was more in character with anime Faldio up until now than post-squad-wipeout desperate Faldio is.

And the ruins are still... in ruins.

Somehow it feels like the script rewriters didn't read the whole story in advance before planning the episodes. What was the point of destroying the Barious Ruins again, appart from the corny Faldio x Alicia rescue scenes?

Vyse down... Muusad down... Wendy down... I'd have restarted the game long ago! Somehow I'm really glad Jane isn't in the anime.

Remember, once you start over, all people come back to life and you keep your medals. So all you need to do is start another New Game +.

I know. Even so, I am strangely sentimental and even if I let it happen in the final couple battles I'd be really angry to see the character listed as Dead in the epilogue.

I'll gladly let that medal go unearned.

I can't tell you how many times I've restarted the game due to deaths.

I like them all I can't help it. I like some more than others, but they each have their own personalities and stories, and you feel a connection with them after awhile.
