Ha, Blood Sign and Heavy Object LNs are on Touma's TV in one of the color illustrations. Counting the Zashiki Warashi TV show from NT11, is basically confirmed that other Kamachi series are fiction in the Toaruverse.

The spread with Touma and Kaleru is awesome, looks like we are getting the fistfight after all. Also, Kamisato seems to have his own harem, fitting of Touma's foil.

-Touma loses the fist fight, not confirm whether alive or dead.

-Kamisato Killed Noukan

-Noukan tell Yuiitsu to become the Kihara that surpassed even him, and Yuiitsu takeup his offer.

...and apparently Kamisato has his own Faction too. This is going to be interesting.

My god, Kamisato have his own harem, he really is Touma's foil! From the novel pics, the two seem to hate each other's guts.

Not sure if true, but one of IT got killed during Touma's fight with Kakeru, Kamisato didn't kill Neph until he suspected she was Touma's buddy.

this is really interesting........, wow, kamisato will be a good foil, he has a harem on his own. as usual i think kamisato not really a villain type in here.......yeah he will become a 4th male protagonist, he has his own reason and and this time he overcome touma's interest.

I saw the spoiler images but man... Kamachi trying hard to make Kamisato the rival/enemy of Kamijou. Its not even funny for me. I would probably like it better if its a bit early and long time rivalry but this... after 30 going 40+ volumes.

I would describe it as mortal enemy, or foil. Since for they are basically the same person, a rival would be someone who walks a different path to the same result, Kamisato is literally Kamijou with a different coat of paint. Kind of expected since "one's greatest enemy is one self" is a pretty common idea.

So accelerator and hamazura still are rivals/secondary MC, Kamisato is the foil (greatest boss).

For now, Kamisato would be the foil but surely after this arc he would turn into rival, just like how fiamma had turn into one. Which is why I said rival and not foil because the final boss is still aleister or laura. Kamisato would just help Touma to further develop his stagnant character and growing power.

[The Red and Black Conflict]
Mysterious monsters of indefinite form that trespass Academy City. The "red" and "black" are two distinct entities, with their respective motives unknown.
The Red takes up a barely humanoid form, with limbs that give off the feel of carpet that has been soaked in water and an interior structure lined with jagged teeth similar to a tongue's appearance.
The Black's appearance cannot be determined up close, but seems to look like a deepsea octopus with a soft flabby interior covered by a rubbery film on the surface, flickering in green or yellow like slimy luminescent paint.
The only confirmed finding about the two entities is that they are hostile to each other.

Not sure, but in terms of power he sends people to their personal heaven like a messiah, from the spoiler pics, he seem like Touma.

Kaiju? its a fist fight. I even saw nepnep helping Patria. Levinia's little sis is under Kamisato's harem.
