Naegi's luck is the kind which he gets a streak of continuous bad luck until some good luck happens that saves his ass.

Komaeda's luck is the kind which his bad luck is accompanied with the same level of good luck.

I'm sorry but are you talking about Kirigiri being Naegi's GF? Because it is never shown in any DR material that they are that intimate. The farthest I can describe about these two's relationship until now is that they're good friends/ comrades who have absolute faith in each other. There were a few lines from Kirigiri at the end of DR1 the game which hinted that she may feel some affections towards Naegi, and that's it. And now with all the despair in the world I don't think they have the time to develop their relationship further.

If anything, it's heavily implied that Naegi was strongly attracted to Maizono and vice versa, which we all know ended in despair.

Also it's canon in DR0 and DR If that Mukuro likes Naegi even before the Most Despairing blah blah blah Event occurred.

Naegi, if he indeed possesses the power of luck, is more of a singularity. Bad and good luck compound on him, but he will ultimately get away as he's lucky. But in that process, plenty of bad and unfortunate stuff can happen.

The Future Arc also had the scene where Makoto talked at the megaphone revealing his secret action and Kyouko's reaction to that seemed like a tiny hint at the shippers, but yeah, nothing to write home about. Might as well be just good friends. Well, I seem to remember the Kyouko Free Time events in DR1 get very personal towards the end but then again so do pretty much all Free Time events in both games, so it's not necessarily a big hint either.

The Despair Sisters are finally here! As Junko herself said, it's indeed what we've all been waiting for. The plot of the Despair arc should start moving faster now.

Naegi has terrible luck, he gets into all kinds of disasters through no fault of his own (the fact that he was selected to go to Hope's Peak in the first place was due to his bad luck). The silver lining is that these disasters tend to give him an opportunity to make things better for himself, but he has to take that opportunity himself.

Komaeda on the other hand is the real deal. Whatever it is, events just conspire to make things go his way or more convenient for him. The flipside to the coin, however, is that his lucky breaks come at the expense of other people.

Actually I kinda remember Junko referring to them as a couple when moking Mukuro in IF.

In the If scenario during the conversation between Junko and Mukuro, she asked if she has dealt with her "rival" in love and the pairing is probably based on that they are on better terms than anyone in the first game but still who wouldn't want to ship those two?

Well, yeah, of course. There's something morbidly fascinating about the portrayal of Despair in this franchise too, so it stands to reason that it's interesting to have such a good look inside it. It's proof enough of this how the show suddenly improved as soon as Junko "Crazy Bitch" Enoshima got on screen .

Considering Junko's characterization, it is very likely she fooled everyone, including the scout and Jin.
Even Jin had some suspicions regarding Junko and Mukuro, but not to the point to expect them to be the enemies of humanity themselves.

Half the Main course seems to have severe psychological issues, the 78th class seems to be the most normal of all we have met thus far and even they had a compulsive liar AND gambler, a trap, inferiority complexes, and a serial killer in them (not counting Junko and Ikusaba here).
Now look at the 77th
Dancer with severe cruelty problems, mafioso killing people as he pleases, team manager and athlethe going wild, grilling rockstar(Wonder what she was actually thinking of Leon lol), utterly perverted cook, a shut in (real), another compulsive liar (fake), a die- hard Chuuni
Oh and don't let me get started on their teacher - Chisa may have implied that the reserve course was a horror for her, but considering her behavior in the main course it was probably just as horrifying to the students
