This show is my 2nd favorite classic gundam saga! Kou Uraki is the pilot of the Gundam Unit 1. Anavel Gato(member of the Delaz Fleet) is the pilot of the stolen Gundam Unit 2! Has anyone seen this show!?

I'd say that 0083 is the weakest of the three UC OVAs. There are lots of areas where both 0080 and 08th MS Team are superior to it. Perhaps the only place where it stood out is that its battle scenes are pretty decent, other than that, I don't think there's too much to recommend 0083.

um i think 0083 was one of the best OVAs i personaly hated 0080 the story sucked but yet the mecha were some of the coolest. The Alex coulda been sumthin nice if it lived and yet i dont think it was destroyed i mean we have seen suits busted up way worse and they have been fixed but they call that destroyed?
P.S I LOVE the GP03 in 0083

0083 is one of my favorite gundam OVA too
the other is 08MS team

I really like Gato, altho Kou wasn't bad too
plus the mecha were really cool

Those old farts on the Albion are damn funny. Too bad one of them bites the dust early in space (in dramatic effect.. discovering something...)

prolly the only reason I watched it is to see some orchis+neue action. Otherwise the story wasnt bad, it not that great either. I put it between 08th(good) and the 0080(bad!)

gundam 0083 was pretty good but it had problems like nina and plot problems examples are it was never explained how nina knew kelly and gato, cima's betrayal was also unexplained as was the conspirisy(sp?) in the federation. but it had it bright side like the battles,the creation of the titans and anvael gato a man true to his belifs.

Let's see...I liked it because...

A.) First Gundam vs. Gundam battles

B.) First Mobile Armor vs. Mobile Armor battle (ok, the Orchis isn't really a "Mobile Armor" par ce, lol)

C.) Some interesting characters (mainly Anavel Gato most of the time)

D.) Small insight into how the Titans were formed and different "villains" of Zeta making appearances (mostly Bask Om and Jamitov)

E.) Like most series, mobile suit designs.

...didn't like it because....

A.) Left various questions afterward

B.) Majority of characters were sort of bland or lame

I liked this one a lot. The characters, the mecha, the action, the animation and the story.

The ending were a little lame for the heroes and heroines but plotwise I liked it.

You know what's bad? At the end of Gundam 0083, the new enemy "The Titans" has appeared for the first time! Then the war against "The Titans" started in the Zeta Gundam saga!

If you watched the ending, it's literally impossible for this to be your favorite Gundam. At least in my mind, it is.

Kou was someone I would ignore for the first couple of episodes, Nina made him someone I utterly dislike. Chuck, Anavel, South, and Bernard were the only characters that made it worth watching.

I didn't quite like 0083 as much in the beginning, but I thought that Nina really dragged the latter part of the show down. I'm usually fairly tolerant of characters, but she has the dubious honor of being one of the two anime characters that I actually despise.

My God that was without a doubt the worst ending I had ever seen in my life in a anime series. Blizzer: He already has special powers called super pheromone powers which makes him irresistable to Sekirei's in heat.
