Also the 2 girls Kallen is from Allenby and the other one is from Rain, I dunno who she is, but pretty similar if Rain and Domon would have a baby, Kallen is given ever since. I've always knew Sorcerer Orphen was a a ripp off err...inspired by Domon. lol

I just finished watching Code Geass and this is what the first 5 minutes of the starting scene was. I find this amusing.... The top one is a screenshot from Gundam Seed Destiny.

Gah, one scene does not a reuse make. Especially something really generic like two shots colliding. You'll find that scene in just about any show with beams/projectiles. Now if the two mechs flew in a similar pattern prior to the shot and you had a gif of that then i would agree, but just two screenshots is not enough for a comparison.

That and the top one looks epic, the geass one is kinda plain.

I think it's a VA joke. Midorikawa-san is well-known for doing princely roles, and I think the art is spoofing the "princes" of recent Sunrise mecha series.

The blue haired guy in the middle is Alto "Alto-hime" Saotome from Macross Frontier, voiced by the same VA as Graham's.

So, the art is spoofing the men of recent mecha series in general. And yes, I think the "ore-sama" part still holds.
