So what is the correct order in which these songs should be viewed? And are there any good English subs for them? I watched the videos that were posted on the first page, but I was really confused as to who was who and what exactly was going on with everyone and how they're all related to each other.

I recommend going through the songs in below order. Some are just song only with no PV. You can find most of them translated on Youtube.
A number of song is not going to make much sense unless you read the novel first, so I recommend only go through the tracks that has something to do with the main plot. which I listed below.
Starting from Shinigami Record is highly recommended as that is the beginning of everything.

Ultramarine Rain->Imaginary Forest->Shounen Brave
Kagerou Days->konoha's Worldly Affair->Dead and Seek
Transparent Answer->Arificial Enemy->Lost Time Memory->Ayano's Eudaemonics

The music, Manga, and LN are not an adaptation of one another but various different routes. LN has the most amount of the detail, though.
The music series has already concluded in the bad end: Mary's Fabricated World.
Litsen to that with Outer Science back to back, you should be able to figure out why are there so many different routes of this story.

I am not sure if there is a transaltion for CryinG Prologue. It'll help if you litsen to that too.

Seems like Jin himself is going to be in charge of the screenplay and will hold a nico event about the anime on Friday.

There's 2 PVs introducing the characters and their videos of Mekakucity V narrated by Kana Asumi. She puts her Ene voice in the first one, the second one I suppose it's her Takane voice.
