the character does not have to be the central protagonist, but preferably have decent screentime and one of the main cast.

one that I have already known:

Shinon from SAO
MC of Madan no Ou to Vanadis (Lord Marksman and Vanadis)
Isuca
Yume from Grimgar
Fate series archers (really made out of archers (no, seriously))
MC of Akatsuki no Yona
Inuyasha

The recent Arslan Senki TV series is a good series for bowmen (and women) since we have multiple characters in the main group who use bows (and good at it).

There's Signum from the Nanoha series. She usually works with a sword that can turn into a sword-whip, but her weapon's most powerful form combines the sword and scabbard to make an energy bow.

Fuu from Rayearth uses a bow and arrow.

Same for Uryuu from Bleach.

Also, while it's more of a slingshot, Ryoshi from Okami-san might qualify. And Lily from Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? uses an arm-mounted bow to provide backup.

Juna, the main character from Earthgirl Arjuna, IIRC is in the archery club, and her magical girl form uses a bow. (I'm a bit wonky on the details since it's been a long time since I've seen it, but she definitely uses a bow.)

In Sengoku Musou wife of the one of the main characters is using bow.

Minamoto no Raikou/Hikaru from Otogizoshi (Main Weapon, Main Character. Retainers do the melee)
Ashitaka from Mononoke Hime (Main Weapon, Main Character)

One of Mai HiME characters had a bow.
Madoka from Madoka Magica
Yoshimoto and sometimes Nobunaga from Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox, but it's more of a comedy/parody series so should not be taken seriously. I found it fun.

If my memory does not deceive me, Morgan from Tears to Tiara.

we're talking about bow user and no one remember Robin Hood no Daibōken? XD
