The new moves seem so far a logical extension of his original repertoire; I am not, however, a fan of the 'Frankenstein' look they're going for here - if you're going to run an analogue of the black program seen in Universal Soldier at least be tidy about it! - but at least that can be fixed with alt. outfits/models... and of those, I'd be amused if one was an homage to his doppelganger from MvsC. Note that if they do that, Chun Li should get hers, too.

Charlie looks high-tier material. His Cross-up seems stong. His teleport's recovery time looks fast. Oh boy

I honestly thought they were just gonna give Charlie the same moveset from Alpha and be done with it. Now he's got all this stuff (not sure if he had that air special in the versus games) and his Somersault's become Genocide Cutter lol.

He's looking great tool-wise, wonder how much of that's dependent on V-Trigger.

I wanna see an actual match with this new build. Right now it looks comparable in speed to SF4.

Charlie's giving me the same feeling I got from seeing Decapre. His moveset looks fun, but I'm not too crazy about the Frankenstein look.

Sounds like he's voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi. I wonder if Wakamoto is coming back to voice Bison? All we've got to go on is a laugh. I can't tell if that's a cape or a coat he's wearing.

Well it is clear to me he isn't just raised. He had been given bodyparts from someone else and is suppose to be two people patched together.

It looks like they gave him some of Uriens's body parts. It would explain why he has that tackle-slam move where he hits them with electricity at the end.

His jumping kick animation at around the 56 second mark looks like Urien's crouching HK.

Sf4 Dictator was a pretty decent character imo. His tools are just hard to pull off because he's a charge chatacter

He still looks the same to me except he has a way to deal with projectiles now besides the scissors kick and that his head stomp is an otg?

Fancy a trip to jolly ol' London? I like the new stage. A nice contrast to the dark Hong Kong stage. Visuals look better too.
