Wow some interesting future power growth for Jian Chen.
Just want to share this piece of information i just read to those who are curious about Jian Chen future power

As at chapter 373, He can feel the different element and not just the light element. Meaning he can freely use all the different elements such as light, dark , fire , water, wind,earth.
When he first found out he could feel the different element, he feel the fire element and put it in his hand follow by a fire in hand yet he wont feel the heat.(because he has control of it naturally)
His soul also can detect a range of 10KM, able to "see" everything within it


However he lost all of his cultivation, but I'm sure he will regain it somehow but his main method of attacking now is Will, using will to control things and mix it with his purple-green Qi
Not sure if he can combine them though

Edit: As of 380+ he regained his cultivation and this time its element is : Chaos

This power growth is because of soul mutation similiar to Coiling Dragon - Linley.

Jian Chen almost died but survived and resulted in a soul mutation.

yeap. It appears to me he lost his sword and lost his ( 圣之力 ) <- dont know how to explain this but gain control of different elements and a Chaos type of cultivation

High level cultivation does indeed increase one lifespans.
It is said that a Sky Saint can live for about a thousand year
As for Saint Ruler, the boundary after Sky Saint can at live for about 5000year before they "stone" and die and will live a corpse full of Saint Energy / if they are a saint ruler and a 9/9 revolution they will might leave their Saint Weapon too.
As for immortal I'm not really sure, maybe they will just live a very very very very very long time

if yes than there would still be 3 more steps Saint Ruler, Saint King, Saint Emperor, i would imagine that at the end the MC overcomes the emporer realm and becomes a saint god (reminds me on martial arts god XD)

Just saw a chapter regarding lifespan.
Normal people - 200 y/o
Earth Saint - 500 y/o
Heaven Saint - 1000 y/o
Saint ruler 3000 y/o
Saint ruler with 9/9 revoution - 3200y/o
all these are the max lifespan after reading the chapter 522.
Actually there is another realm of level after those Saint emperor such as Origin realm God Realm and Start/Beginning Realm.
I agreed that it reminds me of MGA with those Xianxia cultivating and romance stuff which i like the most , i read it until 500+atm planning on continuing after i finish reading the raws of CSG

Once he develops his special skill, telekinesis, after losing his sword; he's pretty much unbeatable to all rank introduced thus far, so now even more powerful people pop up that basically control space/time, but are still unable to kill him because of his special chaos body. These people he's meeting now are basically immortal, even if their body dies, their soul just runs off apparently

Gave up because it was just getting ridiculously repetitive, with nothing interesting to add.

hahaha i feel you, that almost all XianXia are like that. Adventures -> Good encounter-> levels up -> romance -> beat you up -> Adventure again with a goal of maybe revenge / family / becoming the strongest , etc etc but thats what i like so i enjoy reading them

to be honest i would wish that there is a long story about a reincarnated guy
-completly normal on out world who LOVES xanxias and wishes to be like the "normal xanxia-MC" too (like: lvling up via luck/effort, getting a harem and becoming the strongest + always letting people become speechless because of his awesome-ness)-
who isnt at the bottom of the bottom but actually has immense talent and has the peak of the peak as family..

than he cultivates with no effort at all (like: going to toilet, needing to press a bit = breaking through a lvl, and, running around until sweating = breaking through a layer)...

than he goes "down to the mortals" while not knowing how immensely OP he actually is (his family thinks he is a genius in cultivation but he and everyone else thinks he is still at a "ok"-lvl)...

than he meets all the high and mighty as*holes that other MCs normally meet and he becomes like one-punch-man (with the sight effect of becoming the teacher of "the weak ones")..

basically a mix of "reincarnated OP-MC" and "xanxia-MC"

i think it sounds interesting (there wont be life-and-death-BS for him, but for his students , and he wont have a single clue if what he does is good or not (afterall he never tried to became invincible XD (which makes it to his greatest regret )))

The romance in this novel is complete shit the dude marry some bich girl that was bathing in a public place that demands his death for looking at her body and even the old man guarding her almost kill the MC for that.

Can anyone that read tell me why the MC marry this bich in the first place why would anyone marry someone that try to kill you for something so simple even for XianXia standars.

Also what happend to the dude that got his arm cut off and his stupid family did the MC kill all of them except for the 2 experts need in times of war, because damn he leaving his house and even having a bounty on his head was so BS how can his family let the bounty show up i get the leaving his home part but since his family have a expert too even if just 1 it made no sense for them to just let the other family do whatever.

Tropes make the genre! I love wuxia/xianxia so love that type of stuff. I also like the audience reaction, betting.

But in the beginning, he was just 1 hit throat slashing people, it was hilarious, now his tk ability is not that exciting, and the beast plotline is uninteresting.

The romance is indeed bad, and doesnt get better, that's one reason why i gave up, I prefer some diagloue and interactions, but theres very little to my satisfaction.

the yellow dressed girl, he marries because she attaches herself to him. He doesnt care about women at all, but she needed his help out of an arrange marriage, and he helped her because he feels bad for hed. Shes pracricing some kungfu that needs to stay a virgin before it is perfected.

Its kinda hilarious, after this incident, she went to stay by his side but is basicly never heard from again, she becomes a non character of his household.

As for the guy he cut off the arms of, I didnt get clearly through MT, but he didnt kill anyone, but forced the leader to resign and leave the country in humiliation like he had to. This happens after he already stoped the war basicly by himself.

The MC also saved her life and helped him once when she was being chase by 6 people who wants her Saint Ruler Weapon. During that period she found that by removing that 1 accident ( peeping ), she basically sees all the good point about him, eg: looks, talent, attitude, character, power. She's think that he is practically perfect opposite partner as he basically have all the good point for men with almost no bad point except for his family background not being strong enough. After that contest, she basically missed him a lot yearning to see him again. He also unconsciously fall in love with her but abstain from marrying her temporarily because he do not have time for husband and wife relationship and do not wish to settle down yet

Oh God this is so horrible even in the future she still thinks he peep on her well the whole scene was absurd in the first place. But i do find funny that the MC bullys and murders any male that fucks with him like she did but since she is female he forgives her even with her lokking down on him for his poor backgroup... fuck this bich and this novel so much potential waste.

Well actually she did not look down on his background, it just that because he dont have a strong family background, thus he do not have enough power to contest against those strong ancient families who have been in the continent for thousand of years.

Spoiler for Yellow family:

More over during that period, the yellow female need a person with a strong backing / person with strength saint ruler strong individual to help resolve her family crisis. Because of the family crisis, she is taken as a sacrifices for link marriage with those strong ancient families to tie both family power together. So she actually hope Jian Chen can cancel the link marriage for her as deep in her heart she had already chosen her as her lifelong partner.
(Dont know how explain its about some smell that can only be used once and on the person who she loved the most)
