Light novel adaptations generally do not receive more than a single cour though, and SNAFU here is relatively new, so... |

Yeah, as far as this goes I don't think it'll get extended to two cours. To be honest, I'm really not exoecting Brains Base to put too much effort into this. The staff is new and the PV wasn't very spectacular to me. I'm just hoping it has charm like Tonari no Kaibutsu did.

1. Main attraction for me is Hayami Saori, both as a seiyuu and as a singer. I just wish they would give her songs to sing by herself, rather than continually pairing with other far inferior singers. For me, Hayamin has one of the most beautiful singing voices in the world, but it is being wasted by mismanagement.
2. No Shinbou. The director is Yoshimura Ai, a young storyboarder/episode director from Sunrise Studio 5 (according to this wiki), who has done eps of Gintama' and Daily Lives of High School Boys. 3. Using the word "snafu" is ridiculous. It is WW2 slang that went out of common use long ago. But I sympathize, since the title is indeed hard to find a good translation for. EDIT: Actually, this show has two more of my favorite seiyuus in it: Yuuki Aoi and Sasaki Nozomi. The show will have to be quite bad for me not to watch, just for those three voices.

So it WAS Hayami Saori that I was hearing ... I thought that my ears were playing tricks on me, but there she is. Awesome. I already liked her as Ayase in OreImo, but she definitely jumped in the top3 of my list with her brilliant performance as Miyuki in the Mahouka Kokou no Rettousei Audio Drama (this show MUST get a hi-budget anime RIGHT NOW).
I'm definitely booking the entire show. The exchanges between female and male lead are really cute! |

From the history lesson I was given on LN, OreImo didn't start it, but it certainly was one of the main factors (if not the main factor) why a lot of light novels have a really long name now.

I think the animation is ok but could have been better.I think most of the budget was spent on hiring the voice actors since it's dialouge heavy series.I think having good voice actors seems to take proirity over good animation when it comes to adapting these kind series.
