I would say that the Dark Hound's rifle is similar to the GN-XIII's GN Lance. Being both a shooting, and stabbing weapon, without having to change forms.

Probably an advanced targeting sensor. The optic sensors on the regular Gundam AGE-2 were A) a secondary sensor for the AGE System (presumably, AGE-1's sensor of the same make changed with the FLAT conversion) and B) optics for the G-Strider mode.

The Dark Hound's eyepatch thing wouldn't help in that regard, with its position on the head for G-Parrot mode and its lack of the AGE System.

Does the Dark Hound's rifle still retain its optic sensors?

Heh, well that certainly don't tell much. It seems the name might give away something heavily plot related. I wouldn't be surprised if it was for the rumored AGE movie. There has been talk of it here and there. Nothing concrete, but ya never know. I really don't think there is enough time in gen 3 to introduce an all new protagonist Gundam for Kio, or anyone else.

Calling it the "AGE-4" is pretty accurate though. Looks nothing like the AGE-3, or any previous Gundam, it has an A symbole on its chest, etc.

So I'll be calling it that from now on.

I like the design of the Vagan Gundam, btw what is it actually called? Anyways the design is quite good, they managed to retain the design philosophy of the vagan suits and the aesthetics of a gundam. The only issue I see is that it's a bit bland and perhaps lacking in firepower for the final bad guy's suit.

The Vagan MS' head heavily reminds me of the Nu Gundam. Which isn't a bad thing at all, I like that look.

Also knew that the other Gundam isn't related to the AGE-3 in any way, but it actually looks less appealing in model form now (at least it's CGI for now).

Interestings now this one was called an ultimate gundam, a final form of gundam which AGE system deduced.

Not sure who will pilot this but it's look like it will be a gundam(in main stories) with the highest number of all-ranged weapons on itself. I can count roughly for 16 of them.

Eh, if anything, the majority of its weapons will have been integrated into the body frame like usual. Hand-mounted beam vulcans/sabers, chest cannon, etc.

How long is this series supposed to be?

Kio finishes off this story arc and then it picks up a decade later with Kio in his 20s piloting AGE-4 Gundam?

Someone here said it's AGE X? It's possible there could be no large time skip at all?

And here I thought I was done with the GB line after the first few figures I bought. I MUST have that Gundam.

Shame they won't produce a Danazine or something. But, Gundams sell.

So it's called the Ultimate Gundam eh? Very interesting, the pinnacle of the AGE system? More questions, no answers...Maybe at the end of the series, the AGE-3 gets trashed by the Vagan Gundam, and this is meant to replace it.

Ummm, that is playing a little with fire, if Ezelcant turn to be a 'artificial' or non-human... how that twist will be? maybe a different reason of the X-rounder? the true 'secret' of Mars colonization plan failure?

Yes it does. Check the teal-colored lining around the chest in the unblocked lineart image of it, you'll see that it makes the distinctive A shape. Same color as the A modules in the AGE-1, AGE-2, and AGE-3 Gundams.
