Someone help me pls

Why is it when i play Naruto and it starts the screen starts shaking when it moves. Like when the people walk the screen shakes and when my friend d/l it on his comp it doesnt. Can someone tell me why?

We are talking about a 100% complete file, right?

It's most likely a codec problem. Uninstall every codec you might have, go here and download ffdshow-alpha and nothing else (Codec, that is).
