Saint Seiya

I'm very happy to see st. seiya come to the UK in translation. I first saw it in japanese, and bought a load of issues; it was one of my first forays into anime. It's a really interesting series and I hope that many new Otaku will like this great manga (different from the anime version), especially fans of mythology.

ARE YOU FOR REAL? Saint Seiya in The UK??? That's a miracle! Tell me, did they butcher and ruin the series like those "....." from DIC here in USA did? If not, I'm very happy for you

As for the manga, don't forget to get your hands on the episode G manga, the lastest creation of Mazami Kurumada. This manga has probably the best art I've ever seen in a comic book, and it is having a huge success worldwide

Here take a look at this nice web site, I'll give you more information about it:

wow saint seya in the UK , hope they dont censor and leave some stuff out , really good manga and anime series , as you said the whole mythology aspect of it is really great , and yeah the Gold Episode is even better , its the story of the gold saints , sorta of a prequel , and the art is incredible.

Saint Seiya Episode G is more focused on the Gold Saints, especially Leo Aiolia, too bad I can't think of any sites to recommend this series though...

But there's a good site about Saint Seiya...
