Same here, I've read many of the pages in this thread but it's just way too many to browse... I searched for the word "Melancholic" as in Dirty Melancholic Secrets ( http://youtube.com/watch?v=G2DKgi2FRuU ) and couldn't find it in this thread, and am surprised since it was very easy for me to find, so I'll post that. However,

I was wondering if I could ask anyone if they know any good AMV's that are actual songs with clips from the show posted, which convey a deeper sense than something such as "Girls just wanna have fun" and which don't simply dub the rock show or parody.

My current favorites are Forever by the Veronicas (posted up a few posts, in fact), Dirty Little Secrets by the All-American Rejects which I just linked to, this awesome Nagato one at http://youtube.com/watch?v=GdaxDRwg4C8 , and this awesome NIN one which is five minutes of excellence even with the subtitles ( http://youtube.com/watch?v=ElEW_Xlw4MU ). I checked out most of the ones listed on animemusicvideos.org .

I'm afraid people didn't realize Hare Hare Yukai is godly is simply because they don't know what Para Para is. Which a craze that existed in Hong Kong/Japan around 2000-2002.

I'm not aware Hare Hare Yukai is a Para Para at first, ah well.

Been waiting for it since I saw the skittles beta back in December. It's so colorful.

Three different resolutions available, too: the zomghq 1280x720 h264 file, a smaller mp4 file, and an avi version. Plus the YouTube version that Koop says is being uploaded right now.

It's very flashy and colourful, but... I can't really get into the groove for that AMV.

I give it props for technical points, but the execution seems... lacking, for lack of a better term.
