Anyone know why when I play a download anime, the only thing I get is sound?

This should go under Playback Help

Your computer doesn't have the required codecs to playback your anime, read the Media Configuration Guide for codec installation instructions.

Download and install ffdshow. You'll find it listed as [Level 1] on the Media Configuration Guide.
