Air Master

Okei why is it that this manga has not bin fully translated? it has not bin licensed yet even though it came out 1997, overall I really want to read the manga beyond 10 chapters and I find it weird that this manga has bin bin translated further since its over.

Iv watched the anime and it was hilarious, so im expecting alot from the manga if only someone would translate all 28 volumes.

Air Master
Action Comedy Ecchi Martial Arts

Summary: Behind the scenes of the hustle and bustle of every-day life in Tokyo, there exist many people who strive to become stronger by competing against each other in street fights. The main protagonist is Maki Aikawa, a 16 year-old high school student. A former gymnast, Maki adapts her skills to a different way of life - street fighting. The only thing that truly makes her feel alive is the rush and pressure experienced while fighting. With amazing power and grace, she fights opponent after opponent, repeatedly demonstrating the gymnastic talent that earns her her street name, "Airmaster". Eventually, Maki is exposed to a fighting league of sorts, known as the Fukamichi Rankings.

The Fukamichi Rankings consist of the world's greatest street fighters and martial artists. The Fukamichi Ranking fights are held for various reasons. Firstly, many fighters wish to test themselves, achieving the highest rank possible and stretching themselves to their physical limits. However, there is also a corporate side to the Fukamichi rankings, with many viewers around the world eager to watch the brutal yet awe-inspiring showdowns. Each Fukamichi ranker is paid a respective amount for winning within their fight. Maki, seeking to quench her thirst for that pressure or buzz she experiences only through fighting and to find her place within this world, scales the Fukamichi Rankings, clashing with the world's greatest fighting prodigies.

I find one of the most enjoyable in this manga and anime is how many people fall for the main character wether they are men or women lol, so far the people who have the most weirdest love for Maki is Mina Nakanotani a women who has perhaps the biggest and beyond natural breasts in the manga, despite her shy innocent nature her love for Maki is also beyond natural even people who have watched the anime think in one episode Mina raped Maki due too her weird level of loving Maki......

The second one is Julietta Sakamoto a handsome ghostwriter and a very powerful martial artist, but overall he is weird and he is so obsessed with Maki and loves her so much that its just weird, its like every scene and moments he has he always thinks about Maki even thoug he is fighting, he is ridiculously strong and never fights seriously perhaps due too the fact he has Maki on his mind, its also unknown wether Maki is stronger than Julietta, but Maki is physically capable of beating him down in his insane-like "distracted" state of mind (Julietta rarely gets serious with anyone—he's got "Maki" on his mind,if ya know what I mean) Its also unknown wether he and Maki´s father are real "friends" but its shown that they hang out alot like coffee shops etc etc wether its discussing about Maki or other things....

And yeah this is only a fragment on what happens in Air Master, its unknown too me wether the manga is on much more mature level than the anime, even though it wasent exactly mature, but had its ecchi moments so you can see what I mean about wanting too read the manga when you watch the anime.
