Falling inlove with the enemy

Are there any animes where the main character falls in love with his/her enemy?

EG: Girls kills main characters family. Main character vows to get revenge. Main character instead falls in love.

Anything along those lines?

One thing really comes to mind. Its sort of backwards, but near exactly what you described.
Spoiler for Guy falls in love with girl then finds out she is the enemy.:

Yep, I strongly second the one just mentioned, and if you want more of it, just watch the manga (it's worth the time).. and unfortunately I haven't seen any other anime with this theme.

They're not the main characters, but there is a couple in Guin Saga that fits your request. Their relationship drives a lot of the story in the second half of the series.

Darker Than Black involves the main character falling in love with a girl, who then becomes the enemy. Does that count?

I just remembered Kanatagatari. The female lead has no choice but to hire the son of the man who killed her father.

Kara no Kyōkai (Garden of sinners) kind of fits the theme your after.

Also Gundam: The 08th MS Team sort of fits aswell IIRC.
