you know im so damn angry right now. I dunno if I told you but me and my dad used to work on the same shift at work. well we had gotten a bunch of new people and they complained about my dad. now my dad was the lead tech on the shift and I was the senior tech. well the new people complained so much until they got my dad demoted and sent to another shift. well now they are focusing their attention on me and now has complained about me.

so today I had to stay late at work to have a meeting with my manager about the complaints. the shift supervisor was their as a witness and what not. so the first thing I was told was since my dad got moved I haven't been working anymore. right of the bat I denied that, and told him that ive been doing the same thing ive been doing since day 1. I told them listen you have 7 guys on the line. im not gonna stay by the mgs machines because if those go down you lose 2 wrappers and your production is cut in half for every second that 1 machine is down. I sit and I watch these people and after a certain amount of time I go to them and ask if everything is ok. when they tell me they are fine and don't want my help. what am I suppose to do. ive already had complaints from these people that I don't let them do their job so now im giving them the opertunity to do their job. if they don't want my help well so be it. I also told him that while im their by the mgs machine im helping production by feeding that machine tray and removing the empty trays as well as going to the other machines in the area when they go down. so whats to complain about?

then another complain was I don't do foil splices. I told him no I do due foil splices but again when you have 7 to 9 people on 1 line im not gonna jump to do a foil splice. but if no one goes to do it I do it. I might not always put on another roll after due to something else goes down that is more important then placing a roll on a machine when I have 45 minutes to put a new one on.

at this point the shift supervisor was defending me by saying he has no issue with me and he has gotten no complains from anyone saying I am not working. hes gotten complaints about the others but not about me. and also mention a few instances about the people giving the complaints.

then the last part was about me refusing to do pass down. well they are saying I have to do them weather I like to or not and if I don't I could get fired. and I told him, since moving my father onto another shift now all the stress and pressure is now on my shoulders and I haven't been getting sleep because of it. when my dad was on the shift we shared the responsibilities. I also said I don't want the position of lead as I don't feel confortable in righting people up and doing their reviews.

but yeah these motherfuckers are out to get me like they did my father. I am so god damn pissed I worked for this fucking company for 9 god damn years and these mother fuckers who only been on the shift for maybe 5 months are trying to run me out

no we weren't really close but from talking to my mother and brother who was their they say it was a planed killing as she was recovering from what ever she had when she died. but I also heard she didn't want to live any longer either since my grandfather died. so I think she used this situation to just end her life. from what my mother and brother said was her mind was still sharp and could understand everything. but what sucks is im so damn sick. a day ago I couldn't eat for 2 days due to throwing up and extreme pain in my left side for everything I ate or drank. ive been getting a lot of cold and hot flashes and being nasious and just nasty I think I also had a fever too
