The most unusual meat I have eaten is probably rattlesnake.
It does not taste like chicken. Everyone says everything "tastes like chicken" because the usual chicken you buy in the grocery store tastes like nothing. Rattlesnake tastes like... snake. The texture is somewhat like fish though, very light and flaky.
It's actually pretty good. ^^;
