There is such a thing as switching pills. IF Natsuhi were taking medicine then Eva could have switched it out for contraceptive.
The other possibility is more unlikely. They try for years then Brett Farve throws a miracle pass and they achieve pregnancy.
Problem with pregnancy>sheer coincidence.
