He’s actually not, he’s simply one of the top tier characters and you don’t want to see him that powerful. Isn’t he Itachi’s brother – probably the third to fourth most powerful character in the series? The guy who graduated the academy and became an Ambu leader before he grew f*ckin pubic hairs? lol, you know, I’m not exactly astonished about Sasuke’s progress… (which still doesn’t measure up to Itachi)

Who are you to say what he should or shouldn’t have?? He has everything he should have because its Kishioto’s story.

I think people are getting a bit carried away with that; all Sasuke did was suppress what naruto was already resisting. I think it would be different if naruto was trying to release it; however neither of us has enough info to argue either way. What’s unfortunate is that the people who argue about this (yes, especially you) don’t have the foresight to realize that even if he could suppress the kyubbi at full power, that this would actually be beneficial to naruto, since this means he’ll have to find a way not to rely on the kyuubi’s power (which btw gradually hurts him in the long run).

He then hid inside its mouth and teleported out of there after the blast. All in the 5 seconds it took for the bomb to explode. Fair? I think not.

No, it wasn’t fair because Sasuke already had the advantage as far as elemental affinities are concerned; as well as him having the ability to see chakra. And, in regards to Sauske’s escape tactics at the end, well, there have been many “unbelievable” things in the manga but if anyone’s fast enough to pull that off, it would be Sasuke.

Not only does Sasuke have the requirements needed to be able to resist the Tsukuyomi, he is also Itachi’s brother; they likely share most of the superior genes and traits Itachi possesses. One doesn’t necessarily have to possess the MS to resist the tsukuyomi.

Obviously he isn’t “some people”, he not an ordinary ninja; or even an ordinary Uchiha – his family was particularly strong. Also, it’s not like Itachi put him through what Kakashi went through (hundreds of swords stabbing him for what, 72 hours was it?). And, it did hurt him, he was shown clutching his eye after he broke out of it; obviously after he broke out of the illusion the pain would stop throbbing wouldn’t it?

It did hurt. What exactly gives you the idea that he “shrugs” anything off? It’s shown that he goes through pain when he is being burned…
[snip]
The anime will likely emphasize on certain events that aren’t clear for certain people, since the animation will have much more information to absorb. I thought it was pretty clear though; he’s on the ground screaming in pain… He was also prepared to deal with amaterasu, since he stated that he was waiting to use his special replacement technique when Itachi would initiate amaterasu.

Perhaps the way thunder clouds are formed seems like “high level science” to you, but it’s actually not. For a genius that’s been rigorously honing his lighting jutsu abilities (apparently), I don’t think it’s a big deal that he possesses the “high level science” knowledge of warm air forming clouds.

By the way, this is the guy who’s brother achieved the leader position of Ambu at 13.

I’m not sure why you even typed this when you clearly stated that you didn’t like naruto either, and went on to say that you didn’t care if Sasuke became a far greater ninja than him.

Yes. Apparently you have the habit of misconstruing facts and interpreting the story the way you think it should go instead of the way its actually unfolding. Then, when the story eventually deters from your fabrications, you get upset about it. Don’t get upset or talk sh*t about the author when it’s you who misled yourself.
(Just a side note: in regards to the Itachi vs. Sasuke fight, get over it already, we can be pretty certain that Itachi sustained some impairment before the fight. Seriously, the complaints aren’t even funny anymore…)
