1) Selective immortality and agelessness--I won't die from damage or natural aging, but can allow myself to die whenever I wish, and a failsafe built in that will automatically kill me if I ever become insane.
2) The ability to assume any human or human-like form I wish, including some purely created from whole cloth.
3) Actually those two will basically do it for me.
