This is a strange one, but I while once again bored silly I was browsing the rumor networks and noticed mention of an anime called "Rule Breaker Kyoko". Apparently it's supposed to be a comedy about a highschool kid who likes to break the rules wherever he goes, but every time he does things go wrong and everything ends in one big hilarious mess with him as the hero, apparently something he doesn't want because he likes the idea of being call a bad guy or something because he thinks it's 'cool' for some odd reason.

That's the general gist of the anime description I saw in the rumor, but I see no info about it anywhere on the web, so I wanted to see if anyone else here had heard anything on it. Being that the info came off the rumor networks it may turn out to be bunk, but I thought I'd ask, cause if it is real, it sounds like it would be a neat anime.
