The thing is that I try to read the manga and watch the raws of episode 120+ at the same time, but I have heard that there are some filler eps that are in the anime and not in the manga..
Which episodes are they?

Ive only seen the ones K-A have released but im pretty sure that the Gunkan Island/Lost Island is filler.

A good place to look would have bin the One Piece FAQ

I already know about the earlier eps.

Read or reread the manga up till the begining of Skypie and then watching the raws. You should be able to see which is filler and which isn't.
