105 Daggers are essentially SEED's/pre-Destiny's true form of Dagger class MS. They're like mass-produced Strike Gundams without PS armour, replaced with laminated armouring and longer battery life-span due to the lack of PS.

There were also a few Sword 105's in that episode, and a Jet 105 that took off leading a squad of Windams.
