However, the Chinese version of Hibiki no mahou vol 1 (小小魔法使響) has just been released. Hibiki is drawn by Rei Izumi (who had done the "Kanon & Air スカイ", which IMO is one of the best Key official comics) and the story is written by Jun Maeda (chief scenairo writer for Air). It starts off slowly, but the pace really picks up after the third/fourth chapter. Overall, I find the book very interesting. |

From the looks of it this manga still deviates from the story of the game a little (and is more akin to the movie). It would be interesting nonetheless to look at how Yukimaru chose to interpret the story though.
Considering how Kashimashi is playing out I find something as sombre and as abstract as AIR to be totally different. At any rate, it sounds to be very, very interesting... |
