Well, you've seen her a few other times. She was the ANBU chick that first discovered Hayate's dead body. She had some SERIOUS feelings for sick boy, whoever she is.

it seems that they know each other well from the panels surrounding that pic.

but she is just another unnamed extra that some manga freak has questions about.

she called him sempai, meaning he is a student of higher level than her. So teamates is out of the question considering that Kakashi said everyone he cared about died.

Speaking of weird cameo characters... can someone explain to me who was the damned giant turtle that scolded Rock Lee and his first battle with Sasuke?

Did it ever appear again?

Gai never said that he can't use Ninjutsu, actually he can use ninjutsu, genjutsu or seals as well.
His speciality is the Taijutsu that's all.

Just think about it.If Gai doesn't use genjutsu or jinjutsu, how could he trained Lee's teammates and others team before? Just use your brain! If he was a specialist, he would be on mission....

it was never said that gai cannot use ninjutsu and genjutsu. it even hints that he CAN use both... i think it was when he was looking out a window at lee, who was being taunted by his classmates.
