* Splash page is the Barragan. Hacchi compliments Soifon that she can even get in through the crack in the barriers. Soifon says she has a limit of 1 shot per 3days but she did 2 shots in one day as she is getting something in return .


* When the smoke clears Barragan seems to have eaten up the attack and he still lives . Soi and Barragan are shocked at the sight .Barragan starts going berserk and spitting out his Death breath ceaselessly.


* Barragan's death breath accidentally hits his Hacchi's right arm and begins to rot. Hacchi uses a barrier around his hand and proceeds to cut it, throwing it at Barragan. Barragan angrily spews his death breath. Hacchi dons his mask and uses a barrier to defend, but it rots.


* An angry Barragan uses his death breath while Hacchi uses his mask and construct barriers for protection but the barriers decay.Barragan says he is the King of Hueco Mundo, therefore his power is unique and superior and to him other lives are like that of ants ,


* Hacchi's right hand in the meantime disintegrates and Barragan calls Hachi the follish on,e noticing his hand . Hacch replies that he commends Barragan for telling him, Barragan power's are absolutely unique in this world.


* Finally, Hacchi says that if he can't ascend to the throne of the shinigami king himself, he is not going to take his words seriously. He adds "Pardon me for my disbelief, King/God of Hueco Mundo " . As he says this Baragan disintegrates.

Sounds like Barragan will die in the next 2 chapters (about time imo) or are the spoilers saying that he is already disintigrating? I think Soi Fon will do a smug explanation of the effects of her bankai (besides the explosion)

I dont know what to really think. Its strange how the Respira bounced of the kido wall and hit his hand and stomach. I thought EVERYTHING could age?

Just because the Respira bounced off the wall don't mean the wall didn't age. It just meant that the wall could still hold it's structure long enough to hold the Respira in.

How would one HAVE an immunity to something like that in the first place? Unless one could control what it effects, I don't see a way for him to be physically unaffected by it.

Not true. If a snake of the same species bites it...it is immune to the poison, but if a snake of another species bites it...it will die.

With that said barri should have been immune to his own Respira or one would think he should have been.

Why would a completely fictional character with a completely fictional ability necessarily need any kind of realistic explanation to have immunity to said ability?

Looks like it's about time #2 bites the dust, dying by his own skills is good...after all, it still hurts if you punch yourself. How come we saw Barragan's fight before Halibel's, I was expecting the latter to be less important, leading to two conclusions: 1) the author will take advantage of the fanservice and bet on that or 2) Halibel is actually espada #1.3 after getting frozen, making her stronger than Barragan (wait is that even possible? 0_o)
