Well...what can I say...there's at least one (not always though) in every anime...a guy that captures the heart of every girl in the female cast (and maybe some "extras")
In some cases, the personality varies a lot between said male characters (Yuji, Saito, Yuuichi, Tomoya, and the list goes on and on...)

But I guess in the OC thread there's already a few of them (Kha...I think, and...Arcas? )
I'm not planning this to happen (subconciously, maybe...), it just happens

And in this case it's when a guy is just too kind hearted and treats everybody equally (see Da Capo II, episode 7 and you'll know what I mean ) it happens...and it seems girls in anime like it

Of course, there are some that can 'escape' from this effect (again, episode 7 of DCII, near the end), and in Koji's case, he just wants everyone to be happy...but, one day it might backfire...hard!

Personality
Keroko-kun is a very laid back person. His feminine appearance has been the subject of many jokes of his sisters, but he takes them as they are meant to be, jokes which he of course returns with a vengeance. Keroko-kun loves reading and writing, and can often be found either reading a book or writing his own stories. This of course, does make him a bit of a wanderer, and when it is not needed for him to focus on something he can often space out as his mind wanders back to the stories he is reading or writing.

He gets along great with Cinque, whom he often talks to about stories, and Wendi, as he shares her good natured sense of humor and mischievous streak. Keroko-kun is talented in the art of lying and bluffing, with which the two caused great chaos amongst their siblings. Far less easy for him to get along with are Nove, whom he at times clashes with in arguments, and Tre, whom he respected, but rather not tried to socialize with.

Being that his genetic template came from Takamachi Keroko, and his physical resemblance, there are times when his sisters jokingly call him ‘Keroko’ only adding –kun to separate the two. When he finally did meet his original, he was more then surprised at the contrast between them, with her being wild and impulsive, whereas he was (mostly) calm and calculative.

History
Keroko-kun, or as he was first called, Uomo, was supposed to be one of Jail’s finest creations. Using the genetic data of Takamachi Georashi Keroko, he would re-create the infamous Ace of the Skies as his own Sentoukijin. The combination of Cyborg technologies and the presence of Neltharion’s essence would create one of the finest Sentoukijin, an expert fighter with control over the corruption. A perfect insult towards the Administration Bureau.

Again, in theory. In practice, even with a complete genetical blueprint, re-creating Keroko proved to be a difficult task. The essence of Neltharion proved to be the greatest obstacle in the reconstruction. The information on the essence was not complete, and the body kept destabilizing before it could properly grow. Eventually Jail found a solution, he would allow the body to grow before introducing the corruption at a steady pace. However, due to the fact that he could not properly simulate the circumstances surrounding the original, he had to maximize the synchronization, which includes switching the XX chromosomes to XY chromosomes.

The experiment proved to be a failure at the large. While the cyborg certainly had not destabilized, the corruption was weaker then the original. While it could be used to relative safety and give an admirable boost, it failed to compare to the original in power.

However, Jail was not one to merely discard a result just because it was not as he had first planned it to be. Further analysis proved his decision to be a good one, as Keroko-kun proved to have a talent for infiltration, as well as an IS that accompanied that skill excellently.

Powers
• Inherent Skill: Silver Retriever: Keroko-kun’s main IS, Silver Retriever allows him to instantly retrieve desired information from any source. While it does not allow him to bypass security directly, Silver Retriever can be used to discover which keys were last entered, thereby decoding the passwords to security systems. If anything, this makes the skill even more dangerous then it would have been otherwise. Silver Retriever can also be used to scan the minds of humans, however physical contact must be required before it can be used, and maintained while the skill is in use.
• Inherent Skill: Dark Boost: Using the inherited corruption, Keroko-kun temporarily boosts his physical abilities. Exhaustion is a common aftereffect.
• Inherent Equipment: Stealth Generator: The colar around his neck doubles as a stealth-field generator, rendering him invisible to sight, and common detection methods.

Combat
Keroko-kun specializes in infiltration, his IS allowing him to retrieve any form of information, his skills with bluffing and lying allow him to pose as innocent bystanders or colleagues, and his stealth field allows him to bypass those where his former talent fails. When infiltrated, Keroko-kun’s main objectives are data gathering and the assessment of threats. Gathered data is then send back to Jail via Uno, after which Keroko-kun resumes the same tasks. Keroko-kun also uses his talents to sabotage key plans and facilities, depending on what or why the situation needs to be sabotaged. During Jail’s attack on HQ, Keroko-kun was responsible for the sabotage of several of the generators powering the countermeasures.

When in one-on-one combat, Keroko-kun uses a combination of assassination and martial art techniques, preferring to sneak up the enemy and deliver a fatal blow before they can react, and countering their moves while using the gained momentum to his advantage if he can’t. His main signature in combat is speed, able to deliver a flurry of blows before the opposition has time to raise their guard.

Ore, Sanjou! was never more apropriate.

Nanoha and Kha are probably the two current mary sues of Nanohaverse indeed. And yet, they are both widely recognized. I dont think Koji will have a problem, since he is the hero of his own story.

No, you see the main difference is not only the size, but also the way Keroko-chan aquired her taint. It was a combination of an active Linker Core, consious resistance and sheer dumb luck. However, once she survived it, Keroko synchronized with the essence. Transforming her now would unbalance the situation, and most certainly bring her life in danger.

Long story short: Jail's expiriments had to go through the easy route, hence pre-corruption synchronization was essential.

Actually, Kha's harem was mostly cracklulz (same goes for Hikki's). Last I recall he's loyal to Fate in what passes as least crackish for Kha. Arcas has a harem of OC's, what makes Koji dangerous is that his harem extends to CC's, and is part of Kerokanon.

No clue. Though if that's a problem, just strap it to the underside. Surely it has the lifting power to haul a B-1b airframe. It's just an airframe at the point of swipe. (When the military canibalizes for parts, they generally set the thing somewhere and just go in and take what they need. So this frame would be missing half it's internals.) As for swiping it. Rolland wanted a toy plane.

Sun now located behind the camera, light reflects of vehicle hull to emphisize the 'hornblast'.]

[On first Synth Hit, camera flashcuts to a position overlooking the left wing from the front. Mechanical sound as the wing swings from the 60 degree backswept position to fully extended. Camera then pulls back in front of the aircraft. Second 'Hornblast' in the song arrives as the aircraft rolls, pressenting a mirror image of this image. Camera lags behind the turn so that the aircraft presents its underbelly slightly in the turn. Also allowing the sun to glint off it again during the horn blast. [Cut back to passenger area More conversation for another thirty seconds or so before timer reaches song + 3:15. Rolland opens the deployment hatch as the music drops the drum beat. Final conversation takes place as the camera presents the high altitude view. Music cuts at the end of the no-drum sequence at "Wanna take a ride-'anna take a ride-'anna take a ride..." as Mages on board start jumping and transformation sequences begin for whatever plot element happens to follow.]

I don't know how I'd use that sequence though, but it would look nice on screen.

Keroko-kun is a very laid back person. His feminine appearance has been the subject of many jokes of his sisters, but he takes them as they are meant to be, jokes which he of course returns with a vengeance. Keroko-kun loves reading and writing, and can often be found either reading a book or writing his own stories. This of course, does make him a bit of a wanderer, and when it is not needed for him to focus on something he can often space out as his mind wanders back to the stories he is reading or writing.

He gets along great with Cinque, whom he often talks to about stories, and Wendi, as he shares her good natured sense of humor and mischievous streak. Keroko-kun is talented in the art of lying and bluffing, with which the two caused great chaos amongst their siblings. Far less easy for him to get along with are Nove, whom he at times clashes with in arguments, and Tre, whom he respected, but rather not tried to socialize with.

Being that his genetic template came from Takamachi Keroko, and his physical resemblance, there are times when his sisters jokingly call him ‘Keroko’ only adding –kun to separate the two. When he finally did meet his original, he was more then surprised at the contrast between them, with her being wild and impulsive, whereas he was (mostly) calm and calculative.

History
Keroko-kun, or as he was first called, Uomo, was supposed to be one of Jail’s finest creations. Using the genetic data of Takamachi Georashi Keroko, he would re-create the infamous Ace of the Skies as his own Sentoukijin. The combination of Cyborg technologies and the presence of Neltharion’s essence would create one of the finest Sentoukijin, an expert fighter with control over the corruption. A perfect insult towards the Administration Bureau.

Again, in theory. In practice, even with a complete genetical blueprint, re-creating Keroko proved to be a difficult task. The essence of Neltharion proved to be the greatest obstacle in the reconstruction. The information on the essence was not complete, and the body kept destabilizing before it could properly grow. Eventually Jail found a solution, he would allow the body to grow before introducing the corruption at a steady pace. However, due to the fact that he could not properly simulate the circumstances surrounding the original, he had to maximize the synchronization, which includes switching the XX chromosomes to XY chromosomes.

The experiment proved to be a failure at the large. While the cyborg certainly had not destabilized, the corruption was weaker then the original. While it could be used to relative safety and give an admirable boost, it failed to compare to the original in power.

However, Jail was not one to merely discard a result just because it was not as he had first planned it to be. Further analysis proved his decision to be a good one, as Keroko-kun proved to have a talent for infiltration, as well as an IS that accompanied that skill excellently.

Powers
• Inherent Skill: Silver Retriever: Keroko-kun’s main IS, Silver Retriever allows him to instantly retrieve desired information from any source. While it does not allow him to bypass security directly, Silver Retriever can be used to discover which keys were last entered, thereby decoding the passwords to security systems. If anything, this makes the skill even more dangerous then it would have been otherwise. Silver Retriever can also be used to scan the minds of humans, however physical contact must be aquired before it can be used, and maintained while the skill is in use.
• Inherent Skill: Dark Boost: Using the inherited corruption, Keroko-kun temporarily boosts his physical abilities. Exhaustion is a common aftereffect.
• Inherent Equipment: Stealth Generator: The colar around his neck doubles as a stealth-field generator, rendering him invisible to sight, and common detection methods.

Combat
Keroko-kun specializes in infiltration, his IS allowing him to retrieve any form of information, his skills with bluffing and lying allow him to pose as innocent bystanders or colleagues, and his stealth field allows him to bypass those where his former talent fails. When infiltrated, Keroko-kun’s main objectives are data gathering and the assessment of threats. Gathered data is then send back to Jail via Uno, after which Keroko-kun resumes the same tasks. Keroko-kun also uses his talents to sabotage key plans and facilities, depending on what or why the situation needs to be sabotaged. During Jail’s attack on HQ, Keroko-kun was responsible for the sabotage of several of the generators powering the countermeasures.

When in one-on-one combat, Keroko-kun uses a combination of assassination and martial art techniques, preferring to sneak up the enemy and deliver a fatal blow before they can react, and countering their moves while using the gained momentum to his advantage if he can’t. His main signature in combat is speed, able to deliver a flurry of blows before the opposition has time to raise their guard.

Ore, Sanjou! was never more apropriate.

Wendi, actually. Though I did concider using Nove, but I didn't like her hair, and it was easier to find cute images of Wendi.

And yes, lesser boost means lesser damage, combined with Sentoukijin body, it negates the damage virtually to zero. Exhaustion still is a problem, though.

There's a max range to teleporting, you need a ship to do a transfer, and a ship doesn't seem to be able to transfer when in atmosphere. Asura didn't port Subaru and Teana onto the Cradle, but it might just be the AMF.
