And gonzo ruins yet another potentially good series. The mecha designs were great too. At least go with a Appleseed or Persona type of cg. The cg I've seen from Gonzo is just too crappy (though I must admit Reiter looks ok).

Well as far as I know the worst mecha series of the modern era was considered to be Giniro No Olynossis, which also had Hisashi Hirai character designs. I don't know if this will go lower or not, but after Dragonaut I'm starting to wonder if Gonzo isn't trying to create B-Anime cult classics or something these days.
