According to wikipedia entry for Murase Katsuki (and from some show I've personally seen) he has also done:

Magikano (In his debut he voiced the mail order parodies in the series, the Ayumi-Yuri contest announcer in ep2, the voice-over narration for the sportsfestival in ep8 and Ayumi's dad...)

Galaxy Angelune (In the first episode he voiced that small guy (Baron Garret) with the top-hat.)

Government Crime Investigation Agent Zaizen Jotaro (An announcer role , I've no idea about this show.)

From the wikipedia entry it seems that he has quite a CV (licensed barkeeper and cook, illustrator in an advertising agency, announcer, commercials narrator, event producer ...etc) and he is busy with his main profession and doesn't have too much time on his hand to do voice acting, even if fans are hoping for it .

I input the OVA information into Amazon Japan DVD, and a street date of 29 Aug 08 came up.

Alas, this news is very tentative: There's no picture of the OVA cover yet, and it is around the time I would expect the next volume of the collected manga to become available. Thus, Amazon may be confusing the two.

On the other hand, I entered the manga (as volume 15) into Amazon Japan Books, and Amazon came up blank--just like it did up to a month before manga volume 14 became available.

You should give up for now... It took 8 months for one new volume of the manga to be released. Following this pattern, 15 should be around the last few months of 2008...


On the other side...
There are two fandiscs to be released (I think this is what gordok found).
They are not the OVAs... They have previews to the OVAs though.
