This is a strong taijutsu move which is used to severely harm the enemy and cut down his power straight. Of course it's hard to his enemies like that, because you have to do it precisely and you need to get close to your enemy and it doesn't work with metal armors or something like the armor of sand. The move consists of three hits. The first one hits the larynx with a hard punch, followed by a kick with the knee into the solar plexus and to finish the move, the target is grabbed and pulled towards the user, who crushes the target's nose with his forehead.

Type: Ninjutsu, this technique uses nature as a weapon
Effect On Enemy: The enemy is trapped inside a whirlwind, which is made from chakra and nature manipulation, roots and weeds pop out of the ground and grapple your enemy so they cant move, whilst the whirlwind gets smaller, which compresses its chakra, then it basically tears the enemy to shreds
Effect On User: This technique uses an enormous amount of chakra and can hurt the user if the manipulation isnt balanced
Other Information: It can be escaped via a substitution jutsu

Justu: Secret Skeletal Style: Skeleton clone- Summons black skeletons like shadow clones but instead of poofing they crumble. He also uses transformation justu to make them look like him and he mixes his sword in with the skeletons when it is in skeleton mode. Costs much more chakra than regular shadow clones.

Secret Skeletal Style: Skeletal strike- summons parts of skeletons to attack from a surface like the ground or a wall and even people or skeletons much like Kimimaro. Strength of attack varies on amount of chakra.

Secret Skeletal Style: Skeletal defense- Summons parts of Humbumba to guard against attacks. Costs a serious amount of chakra which is why he only uses it in emergencies.

Secret Skeletal Style: Skeleton Tsunami- Brings forth a massive amount of bones and skeletons and smashes them all in a wave on the enemy impaling them under a massive amount of bones.

Wind Element: Skull Blast- Summons a bunch of skulls in the air and they all shoot the enemy with big wind blasts. Powerful but costs alot of chakra and does not have high success rate.

Wind Element: Sonic Pierce- Wraps wind around hand or sword like a tornado and thrusts forward piercing the target while making a high pitch hum. Takes a high amount of nature manipulation to use and also hurts hand in the progress if not mastered.

Wind Element: Mass Sonic Pierce- Shoots multiple Sonic Pierces from his body. Not as powerful but has a greater range.

Wind Element: Gale Cutter- Gathers wind chakra in his sword and slices the air making an arc of wind that virtually cuts anything depending on the amount of chakra. Does not take a high amount of chakra but weak if not strengthened by more chakra.

Wind Element: Air Bullets- Fires blasts of wind from mouth. Size and strength varies on chakra.

Ninja Art Summoning: Humbumba- Summons Humbumba, a giant black skeleton that talks. Largest summoning in the world. Costs a massive amount of chakra. Prefers to use this summoning because of its size and coversation. Fire type summoning.
Attacks: Fire Element: Grand Fire Ball, Fire Element: Skeleton Missile- Shoots a large continueus blast of fire from mouth. If enough chakra is focused in the move, flaming skeletons will come from the fire. Fire Element: Blazing Body- Enflames any part of users body or whole body.

Ninja Art Summoning: Oujoukikan(Death Mirror)- Summons Oujoukikan, a crystal skeleton that also talks but bad attitude, no taller than Nelomaru, that copies an enemy and fights the enemy using everything they know. Costs a large amount of chakra. Only can copy enemy if they touch him.

History: Nelomaru was born in a graveyard as all the Necriga Clan was. They are born in a graveyard as a practice for their justu. Their justu is based on skeletons. Only they can use these justu because of their blood and ceremonies. Nelomaru showed his nack for these powers at a very young age. When he was a baby he would conjure up skeletons and play with them. Others villagers thought this was strange and stayed away from him. Soon the family thought this was strange too and kicked him out at the age of 5. Nelomaru was miserable and he never felt better because his own family kicked him out. He soon began feeling hatred for his family. So he went to the secret clan hall and stole the clan sword and some scrolls. Then Nelomaru went to his hideout and read the scrolls. He learned how summon Humbumba to try and get his family's love again. He then went to his clan and found all of them dead. Nelomaru felt horrible and wanted to know who did this. It turned out it was Orochimaru and Kabuto because they wanted Seigaikotsu, the clan sword. Nelomaru was infuriated at this and wanted revenge. He joined the Ninja Academy to get stronger. He graduated at age 8 and then joined the Chunin Exams. He then became the youngest chunin in the leaf village. He became a jounin at age 13 and found more of his clan scrolls. He then learned to summon Oujoukikan and learned the rest of his clan's justu. He joined the Anbu at age 14 because he heard of a mission that involved Orochimmaru. The mission ended up failing because the info was a dead end. He then left the Anbu at 15 because it didn't help him at all. Now he wanders aimlessly alone searching for Orochimaru to have his revenge until he meets Naruto Uzumaki...

Just felt the urge to create an evil character...

GENERAL

Name: Garuga Kyodaito
Age: 40
Class (Rank): None - did not graduate from a Ninja Academy.
Affiliation: Currently affiliated with Shinkumemei (meaning 'Crimson Dawn') group. Formerly affiliated with Soukagakure (meaning 'Village Hidden under the Temple.
Associates: The 8 (and counting) other members of Crimson Dawn - will be revealed in later posts.

APPEARANCE:
Garuga is well-tanned, and has a skinny build. His hair is light grey, and in two neat tresses, which fall over his shoulders. His eyes are blue, but appear to have something swirling in them (looks sort of like water being swirled in a flask).

He wears a black cloak, which has ribbons that appear to float weaving between the arms. Over this he wears 3 sets of bead chains known as Destruction Chains (look like giant prayer beads, inner one is navy blue, outer ones are purple) Under this, he wears simple black shorts, with strips of leather & rags around his legs, but no shoes (since he doesn't need them).

PERSONALITY:

Garuga believes himself to be the incarnation of a god. This is what caused him to create both the 'Breeze Leg' technique and 'Amida's Generous Bubble'. This philosophy has led to the development of a complexed personality. He doesn't use Clone or Substitution jutsus because he beleives he is as perfect as humanity can get, and any copy is an imperfection.

Garuga has an air of confidence and authority. If he notices a person has unique abilities/talents, he sometimes invites them to become a 'disciple' and follow him. Unusually, Garuga is very father-like and compassionate to his followers; if one is dying painfully, he uses a jutsu to painlessly kill them, often killing them with tears in his eyes. This is because as a child he never really had any friends, so dearly values those he has now.

If someone rejects his proposal (to become a follower), he kills them, stating that if you are not with him, you are against him, and it is best for the advancement of his 'kingdom' that someone that powerful is disposed of. Another reason for this is to keep the group and his existence a secret. He sees nothing wrong with this; he beleives that, as a deity, killing those who reject him is simply exercising his authority, and is just.

Despite this, he doesn't like to kill, and only does so when 'necessary' (i.e. when he is rejected, or when his 'Soul Beads' - the beads on his Destruction Chains around his neck, used for his 'Destruction Seed' jutsus - need replacing).

At times, he is very distant because he likes to meditate. Garuga is mostly quiet - when he rarely speaks, his voice is deep and powerful, but also loving/scary depending on his mood. The reason for this is Garuga uses speech as a medium for a potent-yet-subtle genjutsu; he doesn't speak often because it would waste too much chakra.

HISTORY:

Garuga was born to a poor couple in Soukagakure, a relatively unknown and small village. At an early age it was clear that he had exceptional talent for jutsu; his teachers even remarked that his progress required very little teaching. Because of this, both of his parents came to the conclusion that the local Ninja Academy was actually slowing his progress as a ninja. So, they withdrew him.

Garuga spent the rest of his days training ardently to control his chakra; his father did not want to 'lower his standards' by teaching him common jutsu, so encouraged him to create his own, teaching few jutsu to him. Due to the vast progress he made despite no Academy tutoring, other villagers began to regard him as genus, calling him 'kouji-nin', meaning 'beyond ninja (in terms of skill)'. His time away

Garuga consequently became cocky, and started missing scheduled training sessions with his father. Eventually, his father got sick of it and burst into his room. He shouted at his son, only to have 2 pairs of white, ghostly hands appear out of thin air and grab his feet and hands, trapping him (one pair from under the ground). It was a form of "Amida's Generous Bubble."

"How dare you raise you voice to me....to a deity! Your insolence has cost you your life,' Garuga said, sitting on his bed with a sick smile on his face. The praise, combined with his father's vigorous training had pushed him to his mental edge. With that, 5 kunai began floating in the air. Garuga closed his eyes and the kunai stabbed his father several times at great speed. He was killed within a breath.

Garuga, deciding the village could offer him no more, left. On leaving, he saw the temple - which served as the sole entrance to the village, and the only distinguishing landmark. Believing it to be a challenge to his 'godliness' he decimated it using "Shiva's Unending Fist Testament", blocking of any trade routes, or food. He later went on to found Shinkumemei, and now is searching for followers to 'hasten the advent of his kingdom'.

JUTSU
Nin:

Summoning: Godhand - Garuga does the appropriate seals, and summons Godhand. It is a gauntlet made of stone and metal. When fueled by chakra, it greatly increases his taijutsu abilities, and offers other special abiliies.

Destruction Seed: Dispersal - Garuga removes some soul beads from his Destruction Chain and throws them. When they hit the ground, they sink.

Destruction Seed: Germination - Activating the seal on the planted seeds, Garuga uses chakra stored in the seal to make the beads 'grow'. As long as an opponent is within 30 metres of a seed, and is in contact with the ground, the seeds drain their energy VERY slowly.

Thousand Eyes: Contract - Garuga, with another group member, summons the 'Thousand Eyes' contract. All those who sign it have the innate ability to know exactly where others (who signed it) are. It also grants special benefits to priveleged signers.

Thousand Eyes: Possession - The initiate of this jutsu must be a privelegd signer of the Thousand Eyes contract. It allows the user, at will, to look through the eyes of another who signed the contract. It quickly depletes the user's chakra however, and so is only maintained for a few seconds.

Thousand Eyes: Infestation - Can only be performed by a priveleged member of the Thousand Eyes contract. It allows the user to take temporary control over another contract signer at will. However, it only allows basic movement, so is usually used to save someone should they not see an attack coming. It also quickly depletes chakra, so is only maintained for a few seconds.

Amida's Generous Bubble - Garuga's signature jutsu. He is so used to using this technique that he does not require handseals to do it; is performed practically instantly and at will. Despite this, it consumes a fairly large amount of chakra (due to the manifestations being made entirely of chakra. This technique manifests itself in many forms:

1. Simple arms and/or legs form to protect Garuga, or manipulate objects.

2. A shield of ghostly white appears in front/behind of Garuga to block oncoming attacks.

3. A giant white spectral being made of chakra surrounds Garuga. It looks like a bald, fat buddha dressed in shaolin monk robes (constanly smiling), with four arms. It wields a giant shield, attached to a chain on it's two upper arms for attack and defence.

Soul Seperation By Force - Garuga, pouring a vast amount of chakra into the Godhand, Body Flickers to his opponent and violently palm thrusts them in the chest. Immediately he grips the air, and the Godhand grabs the person's soul, while their body flies through the air, lifeless. Garuga closes his hand and opens it to reveal a soul bead, which he puts back onto the necklace. This jutsu requires perfect timig, which Garuga doesn't always get right. It is also easier to grab the soul when the opponent has been beaten up - it is impossible on a healthy opponent, even if it is a child. It also requires quite a bit of chakra to power, so a miss is very costly in terms of stamina.

Shiva's Unending Fist Testament - Another apparition. Garuga is suspended in the apparition of a giant four-armed woman with blue skin. She wears a loincloth, and a bead necklace around her neck like Garuga does. When Garuga moves, the apparition moves accordingly. It then punches the opponent several times. The speed, consistency and accuracy of the punches is such that it feels like they are 'unending'. The apparition has an odd weak point though; if an opponent hits it behind the ear, the apparition stops, and Garuga would fall several feet to the ground and/or his death.

VERY nice post, HeavensWrath. That's a really cool character. The jutsus are outstanding as well. The only complaint is that you forgot to finish a sentence or two. In the "Appearance" section is says, "Under this, he wears simple", and then it abruptly ends, like it accidentally get deleted or something. Same goes for the weakness of the "Shiva's Unending Fist Testament" technique.

Anyway, great job overall, I really enjoyed reading your post. If the rest of the criminals of Shinkumemei are as interesting as Garuga, you will have yourself one bad-ass group.

Personality:
Quiet and cotemplating, Jai'do (Which is usually just shortened done to "jai" ) likes to take his time when he can, planning out all his routes and strategies- from battle plans to merely walking to the grocery shop. He strongly and firmly believes the truth that every second counts- and that thinking about it in the present can save you that precious time in the future.
When running, Jai shows another nature- "do everything as quick as possible, as efficiently as possible". This would be assumed to be a rash personal quirk, but taking in mind the previous element of thinking before acting, one could say hes just executing his ever growing plan with firghteningly good results.

Appearance:
Jai'do can pull of to be the reincarnation of the phrase; "A masked man". His entire face is wrapped in a strangely fine shawl, only showing on little line of flesh so that he may see. Rumours have it, noone knows what he face truly looks like. He wears no symbol nor headband- as he has no true alligance to any place in the current world.
His clothes are simplistic- baggy linen robe like vests and pants with the occasional bandages wraped here and there. Again, this leaves much to the imagination of what his true form and look is. However, instead of wearing sandals and clothes gloves- he wears heavy boots and old style iron gauntlets- a very rare and some might say strange choice of wear for someone in his profession; whom must be quick on their feet.
Weaponwise, he carries two blades, contorted into strange shapes so that when one holds the handle right, the blade stretches the width of your arm- essentially, he carries two "arm blades"- another indication of coming from some distant land as these weapons are not exactly common. He wields these weapons mercilessly, and ruthlessly- each strike more precise than the last. Whispers on the wind have it that he names them- one blade is called "Mercy" and the other "Justice". Why this is so, is yet to be known.

Background:
Past appearing two years ago from near nowhwere, not much is known about Jai'dos true purpose. First records show these things;

-Jai'do appeared from nowhere to offer his services at first as a messenger to the Wind region. However, he in no way bound himself to the land.

-Jai'do did his set task, simple as it was, in record time. Slowly by doing greater and greater messenger missions for the sand country he built up a reputation.

-Using this reputation, Jai'do moved onto the next country.

-Repeated this task of becoming an established messenger in every country and then moving onto the next to become an obvious and truly "neutral" Ninja.

-Jai'do now gets top messenger missions from all countries- the pay in this being large and making him likewise rich. Usually his missions at present are S rank and above, varying from delivering peaces treaties to delcarations of war from country to country.


Jutsu:

Name: "Wind Style: Red wind gust"
Element: Wind
Effect: A gift from the wind country; Using winds to increase his footwork and distance, Jai'do dramatically increases his speed for a set amount of time.
Drawbacks: the longer he uses it, the more chakra is lost. Simple, really.

Name: "Earth Style: Shatterproof Red rock technique"
Element: Earth
Effect: A gift of the Earth country, Jai'do increases rapidly the rugged and hardiness of his own skin, allowing him to not only survive but continue after unnaturally large falls and drops. By using this jutsu, Jai'do can jump of mountains and live to move on- decreasing the time taken to climb down and saving precious hours.
Drawbacks: Whilst active, the user is extremely heavy and cannot move fast at all.


Name: "Lightning Style: Red thunder flash"
Element: Lightning
Effect: A gift from the lightning country, Jai'do can use his chakra to create a boost for his agility. The lightning chakra in his feet boosts his energy dramatically for a short period of time, allowing him dodge things he previously had no chance of evading, and pushing his footwork to its very limit.
Drawbacks: After the positive effect ends, the "discharge" of electricity can cause pain to the user. The longer the technique is active, the more painful the discharge will be.

Name: "Fire style : Red Wildfire clone"
Element: Fire
Effect: A gift from the fire country; Jai'do creates multiple clones- at first three. These clones are weaker than shadow clones, and exists to do only to things- firstly, keep running. Secondly, create more clones. The duplicates begin splitting and making more clones, spreading like "wildfire". Though the clones have no fighting suerpiority, this technique is invaluable when running away or losing an enemy. The aim of this jutsu is to lose the enemy in a crowd of but one person.
Drawbacks: Each clone can only split so many times. Though this limit is higher than one would expect.

Name: "Water style : Red Rainstorm technique"
Element: Water
Effect: A gift from the water country; Jai'do can call upon the nearby clouds and convert them into his "Guardian" rainclouds. These raindclouds target specific spots of Jai's choice, the ffect wanted being near instantanous. This allows Jai to somewhat sape his landscape with water- filling holes in the earth with water to walk across, or mudslides to entrap and slow his enemies.
Drawbacks: Having to concentrate on controlling the clouds, this jutsu is vry distracting.

As you may have noticed, so far none of Jai'dos techniques have been "Combat" jutsu. This is mainly because I created this OC to NOT fight, as fighting and battling wastes valueable time a courier shinobi could use shortening the distance between him and his target. However, Jai'do does have but one technique to fight with- other than that he just uses his prowess in his blades and fights with them rather than techniques.

Name: "Ninja Style : Red Timestorm Technique"
Element: N/A
Effect: One of the oddest techniques and elements in the Shinobi's world. This s a foreign jutsu, of a style long since forgotten. This is no energy explosion, or singular strike- but the most ingenious and deadly warp on ones surrouding thought possible. Jai'do needs about ten seconds concentration time to prepare this technique, and once done the enemies fate is ever closer and constantly on the brink of being sealed.
In a hort explanation, JAi'do slows down time itself. By changing the balance so that he is on a completely differant timescale and timeline to the opponent, Jai'do gains the upper hand. For example, the enemy may precieve that only one second has past, Jai'do may see that 3 or perhaps 4 have instead. This appears to give him an extreme increase in speed, and efficiency. Though some shinobi can indeed keep on their toes and still fend of the now monstrously fast Jai, none can say they wouldnt be daunted, as the courier nin was hellishly fast even when he didnt have this technique active.
Usually, Jai wills low down time, and use this rift to land a decisive and deadly blow, usually to the enemies heart or vital organs, as they are "too slow to block".
Drawbacks: the tend second preparation time, and the hefty chakra cost. Theres also rumours that using this technqiue for too long a time can shorten ones lifespan.

Raiken (Lit: Thunder Fist)
Taijutsu
A Class

Rock Lee opens the first three Gates and enters the Hidden Lotus. He then crouches down and begins to spin in place like a wheel. As he does this, his body gathers static electricity around him and holds it in his body. (This static electricity is not made by Chakra, it is natural energy that Rock Lee does not have control over)
With the energy in his body, every one of his strikes will become even more powerful by adding an electrical current to them. The electrical current will temporarily paralyze the enemy’s nervous system and leave them open for attack.

Senkou Dageki (Lit: Flash Strike)

While Rock Lee is in Raiken, he can perform this technique. Rock Lee charges towards the enemy at supersonic speeds and strikes the enemy with one powerful punch. This punch releases a large amount of electrical energy from his body; the energy blasts through the enemy and released behind him in the form of a lightning bolt.

Senkou Kei (Lit: Flash Whip)

While Rock Lee is in Raiken, he can perform this technique. Rock Lee removes a part of his bandages and begins to move his hands in a manner similar to Naruto’s Rasengan. At this point, he shoots his bandages like whips and the electrical energy from his body is shot through them. This technique allows him to strike from a distance with a Ninjutsu-like technique.

Note: These Jutsus are purely Taijutsu and are therefore very dangerous to the user's body.

Personality:
Quiet and cotemplating, Jai'do (Which is usually just shortened done to "jai" ) likes to take his time when he can, planning out all his routes and strategies- from battle plans to merely walking to the grocery shop. He strongly and firmly believes the truth that every second counts- and that thinking about it in the present can save you that precious time in the future.
When running, Jai shows another nature- "do everything as quick as possible, as efficiently as possible". This would be assumed to be a rash personal quirk, but taking in mind the previous element of thinking before acting, one could say hes just executing his ever growing plan with firghteningly good results.

Appearance:
Jai'do can pull of to be the reincarnation of the phrase; "A masked man". His entire face is wrapped in a strangely fine shawl, only showing on little line of flesh so that he may see. Rumours have it, noone knows what he face truly looks like. He wears no symbol nor headband- as he has no true alligance to any place in the current world.
His clothes are simplistic- baggy linen robe like vests and pants with the occasional bandages wraped here and there. Again, this leaves much to the imagination of what his true form and look is. However, instead of wearing sandals and clothes gloves- he wears heavy boots and old style iron gauntlets- a very rare and some might say strange choice of wear for someone in his profession; whom must be quick on their feet.
Weaponwise, he carries two blades, contorted into strange shapes so that when one holds the handle right, the blade stretches the width of your arm- essentially, he carries two "arm blades"- another indication of coming from some distant land as these weapons are not exactly common. He wields these weapons mercilessly, and ruthlessly- each strike more precise than the last. Whispers on the wind have it that he names them- one blade is called "Mercy" and the other "Justice". Why this is so, is yet to be known.

Background:
Past appearing two years ago from near nowhwere, not much is known about Jai'dos true purpose. First records show these things;

-Jai'do appeared from nowhere to offer his services at first as a messenger to the Wind region. However, he in no way bound himself to the land.

-Jai'do did his set task, simple as it was, in record time. Slowly by doing greater and greater messenger missions for the sand country he built up a reputation.

-Using this reputation, Jai'do moved onto the next country.

-Repeated this task of becoming an established messenger in every country and then moving onto the next to become an obvious and truly "neutral" Ninja.

-Jai'do now gets top messenger missions from all countries- the pay in this being large and making him likewise rich. Usually his missions at present are S rank and above, varying from delivering peaces treaties to delcarations of war from country to country.

Name: "Wind Style: Red wind gust"
Element: Wind
Effect: A gift from the wind country; Using winds to increase his footwork and distance, Jai'do dramatically increases his speed for a set amount of time.
Drawbacks: the longer he uses it, the more chakra is lost. Simple, really.

Name: "Earth Style: Shatterproof Red rock technique"
Element: Earth
Effect: A gift of the Earth country, Jai'do increases rapidly the rugged and hardiness of his own skin, allowing him to not only survive but continue after unnaturally large falls and drops. By using this jutsu, Jai'do can jump of mountains and live to move on- decreasing the time taken to climb down and saving precious hours.
Drawbacks: Whilst active, the user is extremely heavy and cannot move fast at all.


Name: "Lightning Style: Red thunder flash"
Element: Lightning
Effect: A gift from the lightning country, Jai'do can use his chakra to create a boost for his agility. The lightning chakra in his feet boosts his energy dramatically for a short period of time, allowing him dodge things he previously had no chance of evading, and pushing his footwork to its very limit.
Drawbacks: After the positive effect ends, the "discharge" of electricity can cause pain to the user. The longer the technique is active, the more painful the discharge will be.

Name: "Fire style : Red Wildfire clone"
Element: Fire
Effect: A gift from the fire country; Jai'do creates multiple clones- at first three. These clones are weaker than shadow clones, and exists to do only to things- firstly, keep running. Secondly, create more clones. The duplicates begin splitting and making more clones, spreading like "wildfire". Though the clones have no fighting suerpiority, this technique is invaluable when running away or losing an enemy. The aim of this jutsu is to lose the enemy in a crowd of but one person.
Drawbacks: Each clone can only split so many times. Though this limit is higher than one would expect.

Name: "Water style : Red Rainstorm technique"
Element: Water
Effect: A gift from the water country; Jai'do can call upon the nearby clouds and convert them into his "Guardian" rainclouds. These raindclouds target specific spots of Jai's choice, the ffect wanted being near instantanous. This allows Jai to somewhat sape his landscape with water- filling holes in the earth with water to walk across, or mudslides to entrap and slow his enemies.
Drawbacks: Having to concentrate on controlling the clouds, this jutsu is vry distracting.

As you may have noticed, so far none of Jai'dos techniques have been "Combat" jutsu. This is mainly because I created this OC to NOT fight, as fighting and battling wastes valueable time a courier shinobi could use shortening the distance between him and his target. However, Jai'do does have but one technique to fight with- other than that he just uses his prowess in his blades and fights with them rather than techniques.

Name: "Ninja Style : Red Timestorm Technique"
Element: N/A
Effect: One of the oddest techniques and elements in the Shinobi's world. This s a foreign jutsu, of a style long since forgotten. This is no energy explosion, or singular strike- but the most ingenious and deadly warp on ones surrouding thought possible. Jai'do needs about ten seconds concentration time to prepare this technique, and once done the enemies fate is ever closer and constantly on the brink of being sealed.
In a hort explanation, JAi'do slows down time itself. By changing the balance so that he is on a completely differant timescale and timeline to the opponent, Jai'do gains the upper hand. For example, the enemy may precieve that only one second has past, Jai'do may see that 3 or perhaps 4 have instead. This appears to give him an extreme increase in speed, and efficiency. Though some shinobi can indeed keep on their toes and still fend of the now monstrously fast Jai, none can say they wouldnt be daunted, as the courier nin was hellishly fast even when he didnt have this technique active.
Usually, Jai wills low down time, and use this rift to land a decisive and deadly blow, usually to the enemies heart or vital organs, as they are "too slow to block".
Drawbacks: the tend second preparation time, and the hefty chakra cost. Theres also rumours that using this technqiue for too long a time can shorten ones lifespan.

It was good, almost too good and yes, it crossed the line. By all the modesty you made him use all five elements and I can only imagine two people in the whole world capable of doing that. One of them was Kakuzu.

In the end, he got a brilliant fighting technique which he never seemed to develop any further or change in a certain way, if I got that right. There should be another drawback like for example when Lee uses his Lotus. The body tired and gets exhausted... something like that. Maybe you have to remove some of the elements, it's too much.

All in all an exciting character.

Thanks, I suppose. I understand the fact he knows all 5 elements may be something odd and perhaps at first glance seemingly overpowered, but you have to couple this with the fact he knows no directly offensive techniques whatsoever.
All his jutsu are there to make journies quicker, and to help him get from destination A to desintation B- a "true" courier shinobi doesnt waste time with petty battles and thus, hes never learned any battle technqiues.

Ninpou: Ankoku Danjite (Darkness Absolute): The user creates a shroud of pitch darkness, no light can enter the shroud.Even the user cannot see through this. More chakra is required to emit a larger shroud of darkness. This shroud is so dark that anyone who is in the shroud can't even see their hand in front of their face. This attack is useful in combination for an attack that affects a large area as the people inside the shroud probably cant get out depending on the size of it.This jutsu can be used only up to four times a year with no penalty [(unlimited times on the winter solstice as it is the shortest day of the year, Same effect on the equinoxes)], if used more than that, the users vision will decline more and more for each time this attack is overused.

Ninpou: Honomeku Ranpu Tsujite sono Ankoku (Glimmering Light Through the Darkness):
This jutsu goes in combination with the Ankoku Danjite jutsu (Above) this can only be used four times a year (except on the summer solstice [(the longest day of the year same effect on the equinoxes)]). This jutsu allows the user to see as clear as day during the Ankoku Danjite jutsu. This will allow the user to save chakra when attacking his enemy, because while his enemy is dazed and confused about the darkness of Ankoku Danjite, the user can see perfectly and strike with amazing persision, this also makes it easier to assassinate someone with extreme persision. If this jutsu is overused the user will start to lose his sense of sight as with the Ankoku Danjite, because of overuse of the eyes.

Justu: Secret Skeletal Style: Skeleton clone- Summons black skeletons like shadow clones but instead of poofing they crumble. He also uses transformation justu to make them look like him and he mixes his sword in with the skeletons when it is in skeleton mode. Costs much more chakra than regular shadow clones.

Secret Skeletal Style: Skeletal strike- summons parts of skeletons to attack from a surface like the ground or a wall and even people or skeletons much like Kimimaro. Strength of attack varies on amount of chakra.

Secret Skeletal Style: Skeletal defense- Summons parts of Humbumba to guard against attacks. Costs a serious amount of chakra which is why he only uses it in emergencies.

Secret Skeletal Style: Skeleton Tsunami- Brings forth a massive amount of bones and skeletons and smashes them all in a wave on the enemy impaling them under a massive amount of bones.

Wind Element: Skull Blast- Summons a bunch of skulls in the air and they all shoot the enemy with big wind blasts. Powerful but costs alot of chakra and does not have high success rate.

Wind Element: Sonic Pierce- Wraps wind around hand or sword like a tornado and thrusts forward piercing the target while making a high pitch hum. Takes a high amount of nature manipulation to use and also hurts hand in the progress if not mastered.

Wind Element: Mass Sonic Pierce- Shoots multiple Sonic Pierces from his body. Not as powerful but has a greater range.

Wind Element: Gale Cutter- Gathers wind chakra in his sword and slices the air making an arc of wind that virtually cuts anything depending on the amount of chakra. Does not take a high amount of chakra but weak if not strengthened by more chakra.

Wind Element: Air Bullets- Fires blasts of wind from mouth. Size and strength varies on chakra.

Fire Element: Grand Fire Ball

Fire Element: Phoenix Fire Ball- Shoots small but multiple fire balls from the mouth

Fire Element: Judgement- Fires a huge blast of fire directly from the sun. Costs a lot of chakra and can kill you if not executed perfectly. Sun must be out.

Ninja Art Summoning: Humbumba- Summons Humbumba, a giant black skeleton that talks. Largest summoning in the world. Costs a massive amount of chakra. Prefers to use this summoning because of its size and coversation. Fire type summoning.
Attacks: Fire Element: Grand Fire Ball, Fire Element: Skeleton Missile- Shoots a large continueus blast of fire from mouth. If enough chakra is focused in the move, flaming skeletons will come from the fire. Fire Element: Blazing Body- Enflames any part of users body or whole body.

Ninja Art Summoning: Oujoukikan(Death Mirror)- Summons Oujoukikan, a crystal skeleton that also talks but bad attitude, no taller than Nelomaru, that copies an enemy and fights the enemy using everything they know. Costs a large amount of chakra. Only can copy enemy if they touch him.

History: Nelomaru was born in a graveyard as all the Necriga Clan was. They are born in a graveyard as a practice for their justu. Their justu is based on skeletons. Only they can use these justu because of their blood and ceremonies. Nelomaru showed his nack for these powers at a very young age. When he was a baby he would cojure up skeletons and play with them. Others villagers thought this was strange and stayed away from him. Soon the family thought this was strange too and kicked him out at the age of 5. Nelomaru was miserable and he never fellt better because his own family kicked him out. He soon began feeling hatred for his family. So he went to the secret clan hall and stole the clan sword and some scrolls. Then Nelomaru went to his hideout and read the scrolls. He learned how summon Humbumba to try and get his family's love again. He then went to his clan and found all of them dead. Nelomaru felt horrible and wanted to know who did this. It turned out it was Orochimaru and Kabuto because they wanted Seigaikotsu, the clan sword. Nelomaru was infuriated at this and wanted revenge. He joined the Ninja Academy to get stronger. He graduated at age 6 and then joined the Chunin Exams. He then became the youngest chunin in the leaf village. He became a jounin at age 11 and found more of his clan scrolls. He then learned to summon Oujoukikan and learned the rest of his clan's justu. He joined the Anbu at age 14 because he heard of a mission that involved Orochimmaru. The mission ended up failing because the info was a dead end. He then left the Anbu at 15 because it didn't help him at all. Now he wanders aimlessly alone searching for Orochimaru to have his revenge until he meets Naruto Uzumaki...

This one is a little too strong aswell. I'd not give him two elements, that's pretty strong along with the skelettons. The skelettons themselves are strong enough to make a unique ninja. Why should he be even stronger?
Characters don't have to be Akatsuki-like all the time. If you think about it, it ruined the whole story.

I liked the character and his dark karma, also the sword and the story about all the skelettons, but the two elements he can control totally ruin his weakspots, because even if the bones don't hit, he can still cut and burn his enemies and make them explode, beause he could easily combine wind and fire to cast pretty strong attacks without spatial recomposition.

I can only recommend you to cut short on elements. The element that would fit best might actually be doton (earth element) as his skelettons come out of the ground and so on. He could also use taijutsu, because he uses a sword and physical attacks anyways.

A change from my normal schedule of making jutsus i decided to pair a jutsu with a Dojutsu (eye technique) but not a Kekkei Genkai (Bloodline Limit) so tell me your thoughts on it

Dojutsu: Sono Fugen Manako (The Silencing Eye): This is NOT a kekkei Genkai (Bloodline Limit) just a jutsu used with the eyes. The user focuses chakra into his eyes or just one eye, making the eyes iris change colors to yellow with 3 stripes towards the center. The Silencing Eye allows the user to completely stop jutsu, more chakra is needed for negating stronger jutsu and for longer durations of the eye technique. This eye decreases the power required for the users jutsu as well.

Hitoshirezu Fugen Fuukaku (Hidden Silence Style): (Silent Slice) The user of this jutsu creates a coating of chakra on a blade (usually a kunai knife) this will silence the blade and whatever is holding it perfectly, even if the user of this jutsu steps on a twig and it snaps, it wont make a sound. The purpose of this jutsu is obviously assassination. The problem with this jutsu is that if the user is even grazed with chakra the jutsu can fall apart. it can also fall apart if the user loses concentration. In order to do this the user must use The Silencing Eye dojutsu

Name: Sougishiki Fugen (means Awoke Silence)

History: From his early childhood he wasn't one of those kids who was the worst off nor the best off, he was a child who lived normally he had parents that loved him. He wasn't a genius, his grades didnt shine above those in his class. He was an average student. His childhood was far from sad but far from perfect too. His dad taught him since he was five years old about the secret technique that his family had developed, that was made during the absence of a dojutsu and was needed to prove themselves as a worthy clan. They developed The Silencing Eye. He was taught how to force his chakra to his eyes brining out this technique.

However even though he practiced every day until he was six he didnt even get it. Then during a sparring match with one of the genius' of his class, he was trying to better himself, the genius actually used a weak fireball jutsu on him. in his desperation he remembered the techniques power and in an absolutely desperate attempt he unleashed his eyes in the heat of the battle. As soon as that happened every slight detail of the chakra in the fireball was revealed. He also learned more about the eye. He saw where the source of chakra was. He remembered his father saying that once he unlocked it he could fire chakra out of his eyes at the source of chakra for an attack, and negate it completely or at least weaken it. As this was his first time using the eyes and their full power was not unlocked he could only severely weaken the fireball. he took a small quick scorch from the fireball. He then smashed the genius of the class with a hidden technique: Fugen Nami (Silent Wave). This technique emits a silent wave of chakra thats invisible and unhearable to the human senses. This technique has to be used when in the Silencing Eye dojutsu. This being said this jutsu can take monstrous amounts of chakra depending on the power put into it, although lessened by The Silencing Eye. Though he had only just unlocked the Silencing Eye technique the Silent Wave technique hit the genius hard. And Sougishiki had won the sparring match. That day he ran home to tell his parents of his success but when he did tell his father of it he saw that his feelings were mixed between happiness and sadness. All his father said is that it was too early for him to have learned the technique, but Sougishiki insisted they spar and he would show him.

Passion enflamed his heart when his dad agreed to it, with the passion enraveling his heart and him focusing his chakra he unlocked the power of absolute silence in the eye which would make sure that it would take less chakra to negate enemy jutsu and he would need less chakra for his own jutsu, but this will also make it take more chakra to keep the dojutsu active. When his father saw he really did have it, and on top of it the second level of it he decided he would test it. He warned Sougishiki of this and fired a rather powerful fireball at Sougishiki. Shogishiki saw the source of chakra and charged all the chakra he could to stop the fireball dead in its tracks. But instead of stopping it he supercharged it and fired it up into the sky. He was sad at this in a way as he could not find the power to control it. But his father was overjoyed to see that his skill in the eye was so great at such a young age. But his happiness turned into sadness. When Sougishiki asked why his father answered with; "Theres only one way that you could be so advanced in the technique so early in your path on the way to being a splended shinobi. You have the our Kekkei Genkai." Sougishiki asked what it was and his father explained that only a few people in a certain family line can have it and that he was one of the first to have it. This Bloodline limit was; The Gift of Silence. "This give you the secret silence style of jutsu" those were the words of his father. His father also told him that he needed to hone these abilities well. The "Gift of Silence" was also known as the "Curse of Silence" because although given the power of the secret silence style of jutsu this prevents the person from having an affinity for other elements and also stops them from learning other elemental jutsu.

He took the chuunin exam three times before he passed, this was only because of the test in the beggining which he just couldnt seem to pass. But once he did he and his team soared through the second exam, and by the tournament he had created and mastered a potent new jutsu. Firing these chakra blasts takes a large amount of concentration and chakra.

Up to date he is an ANBU squad member of his village, and well versed in the arts of silent assassination, subtlety, the secret silence style, and The Silent Eye.

Hitoshirezu Fugen Fuukaku (Hidden Silence Style): Kansei Sensei (Complete Silence): The user blocks all sound in a seventy meter spherical radius and charges chakra into his/her feet to add speed to his/her own stride. This jutsu is used in pursuit, or assassination.

Forbidden Jutsu: Hitoshirezu Fugen Fuukaku (Hidden Silence Style): Kiga Fugen (Hungering Silence): The user completely encases the enemy in an unenterable and unexitable dome of silence and charges chakra into spheres surrounding the dome, all locking onto their target the person who is trapped within the dome. while the person wonders what is going on the user commands the spheres of chakra to smash into their target. These explode on impact and slice and burn the target. The downside in this jutsu is the dome needs to be relatively small otherwise the amounts of chakra needed to make it work are nearly unreachable, even with the silencing eye in its most advanced stage.

Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu): We all know what this does!!!! Note** he can not do this as well as naruto can, he can only create a max of five clones at a time.

Summoning Jutsu: Hogosha Fugen (Guardian of Silence): The user summons a guardian of silence Which is invisible to everyone except the summoner, but cannot attack. But has numerous defending and silencing ability. This summon can also be used for scouting the area as a guardian of silence is quite tall.

When his father saw he really did have it, and on top of it the second level of it he decided he would test it. He warned Sougishiki of this and fired a rather powerful fireball at Sougishiki. Hitoshirezu Fugen Fuukaku (Hidden Silence Style): Fugen Nami (Silent Wave). This technique emits a silent wave of chakra thats invisible and unhearable to the human senses. This technique has to be used when in the Silencing Eye dojutsu. This being said this jutsu can take monstrous amounts of chakra depending on the power put into it, although lessened by The Silencing Eye.

Hitoshirezu Fugen Fuukaku (Hidden Silence Style): Kansei Sensei (Complete Silence): The user blocks all sound in a seventy meter spherical radius and charges chakra into his/her feet to add speed to his/her own stride. This jutsu is used in pursuit, or assassination.

Forbidden Jutsu: Hitoshirezu Fugen Fuukaku (Hidden Silence Style): Kiga Fugen (Hungering Silence): The user completely encases the enemy in an unenterable and unexitable dome of silence and charges chakra into spheres surrounding the dome, all locking onto their target the person who is trapped within the dome. while the person wonders what is going on the user commands the spheres of chakra to smash into their target. These explode on impact and slice and burn the target. The downside in this jutsu is the dome needs to be relatively small otherwise the amounts of chakra needed to make it work are nearly unreachable, even with the silencing eye in its most advanced stage.

He wears a long navy cloak that hangs down around his back to the front of his arms, he also wears a black belt with five scrolls clipped onto it. The only difference between them and other puppet users is they there clan choose to make animal puppets instead of puppets that resemble humans. They have many different poisons and weapons specific to the clan which make them deadly.

Jutsus
1: The first scroll in the centre of Kureigu’s belt which holds his favourite puppet
Cerberus, description this puppet is a three headed dog. It is roughly 5ft 6 and is jet black in colour, Weapons, each head has a canon in its mouth the first has one that releases a strong jet of fire from its mouth the second has a canon that releases a strong jet of water and the third canon releases a strong gust of wind. Along with the canons in each mouth the puppet has a tail that splits into three each with a sharp blade at the end of it, The tail is made out of a strong metal coil and each tail can extend to up to 10 metres.

2: The second scrolls is located to the right of Cerberus and is a puppet of a bear, Description huge bear puppet with large arms and is coloured brown. Weapons this puppet has razor sharp claws that can extend out a meter to attack the opponent, it also has many razor spikes that eject from its stomach and chest, these are manly used for a jutsu Kureigu calls the bear hug of death jutsu were the bear puppet grabs the opponent with its arms and impales him on the spikes on his stomach. This puppet also can detach its arms. If the right arm is detached or destroyed a senbon canon is reveal which can fire 50 senbons in rapid succession, the left arm reveals a long spinning razor blade.

3: The third scroll is located left of Cerberus and is in the form of a giant hawk, Description the hawk is large enough so that Kureigu can be held within it. It has large wings and is coloured gold and brown. Weapons and equipment Kureigu generally doesn’t use this puppet as an offensive puppet he uses it for recon, as this puppet has several cameras installed into it, it can also carry Kureigu inside of it were he can look and see exactly what is below with the help of his cameras. The puppet opens up on its back so that Kureigu can fit inside and view the camera screens. If this puppet must be used as offensive puppet it has a canon in its mouth that shoots out a poison gas made by Kureigu’s clan, the gas is a genjutsu when it is inhaled it makes the opponent think that they are paralysed, it can be used to disable multiple enemy’s at once. The puppet can also open a compartment on its stomach to drop explosive kunai below.

4: The forth scroll is located next to the bear scroll and is in the form of a giant crab. This puppet functions as Kureigu’s defence, there is a compartment for him to sit in, this puppet is dark red in colour, it is extremely resistant to physical attacks as it has been layered with different materials, to keep Kureigu safe in battle. As it is a defensive puppet it has very little speed. Weapon’s the crabs pincers are strong enough to crush any opponent and have razor,’ that eject from inside the claws. The puppet also has multiple compartment on the shell the release things like senbons explosive kunai poison gas etc.

5:the fifth scroll is located next to the hawk and is in the form of three different puppets. Kureigu rarely uses these puppets as they are his most powerful if used in combination,
1: The first of these puppets is in the form of a large snake about the same size as Kureigu in height, Description this puppet is dark green in colour, and is mostly used for offence. Weapons has a sharp blade attached at the end of its tail the blade and is drenched in a poison that cuts of the opponent chakra. Several scales of this snake puppet open to release blades and a the snake mouth has a small cable coil that is covered in poison with a blade on the end
2: The second of these puppets is in the form of a large scorpion, Description short and in length this puppet is black in colour, this puppet is also an offensive puppet. Weapons this puppet has a large stinger equipped with a blade on the end which is very manoeuvrable, Its legs can be detached to form blades if necessary it also shoots two explosive kunai tied together with metal string that can wrap around the opponent useful in immobilizing and killing the opponent.
3: The third puppet is in the form of a large frog and is a defensive puppet. Description this puppet is blue in colour and is large enough for Kureigu to fit inside, it has very large hands made of strong metal to block incoming attacks. Weapons this puppet can emit poison gas from its mouth that stops the opponents blood flow it also has a compartment that Kureigu can hide in to shield him from attacks and it has spikes that shoot out of its back to attack enemy’s from above.

lol the first puppet reminds me of kakuzu lol as has more than one elemental affinity and is a puppet bound by the masters will, i havent finished reading yet but nice touch .
