@marksky: Im not loving the different colors youre using in the text. Its a bit distracting, espc since the M in Memories is the same color as Fading.

Ok took everyone's advice, made the left side a bit lighter but in keeping the depth (I hope), text is still my biggest concern...

Okay, I see it now. Version 3 has more green and yellow. Wow, that's a subtle difference. (Or it could be my laptop screen which often changes a picture's true colors.)

Now that I can see the difference, I agree with the others. I like version 3 better, Sage.

I had to look hard too but Sage added what appears to be green in the 3rd vers as Kato said right behind the text

Hmmm I agree with you about the font, though I liked the other one I used since it was more gothic, I agree with Rick that it looks more natural with this font, using Bleeding Cowboys (shout out to Rhyel for introducing me to that one) made the gradient look bad. Maybe capitalizing the G will make it look better or maybe Ill try another font

How about using the original font just for the G (yeah... needs to be capitalized). You could try making it a bit larger as well and dropping the baseline a few px.

Do like the changes you made. They work.

@Rick: yeah, slice tool...haha, that's what I meant.

@LKK: I actually added yellow, blue, red and green (in that order). Although the blue and red blends into the background a bit.

I may try to make the colours stand out a bit more.

Ok my last attempt before I have to go to work...only thing I changed was the text

V1: Same font as used before, only G is capitalized

V2: Used escimo's suggestion about using org font for G

Im prone to ver 1 I still think it looks better but again text isnt my forte

Yup. V1 is better. G is too heavy in comparison to the rest.

@ White Manju Bun I prefer V2 but the ''G'' could be a bit smaller, it look like it's in bold. The best would be something in betweem V1 and V2.

Both are an improvement, but neither is quite there for me. In version 1, the G is too small. Maybe increase the point size by 1 or 2 points? In version 2, the G is too dark. Maybe lighten the shade a tone or two. For grins and giggles, try dropping the version 2 G down so that the letter is centered on the rest of the text. Actually try that in version 1 as well if you enlarge the letter. I can't really say which font style I like best because I get all hung up on the size and placement at the moment.

I personally prefer the 'G' on version 1 better than the one on version 2.

I think that it's colorfull enough but the colors look a bit "dark" (hope you get my point). Maybe if we add a bit more of light it will look better

I tried to put in as many dull colours to work with it. Blue, Red (you can just see the red at the top), Yellow, Green. I don't know if it's enough to pass for this entry. If not I'll just work something out with KOS-MOS a little more ^^
