If you have others you want to be resized, feel free to post them as well. Wanting a new sig is fine too, but just saying... Others beat me to it, though.
For future reference, save as JPEG with maximum quality and you won't see a difference from PNG, but the size is usually still AS Safe. Why did MK and Marina go and resize the image though ? I mean, literally with pixels. Or is ???x180px too much ? I was actually just thinking of the file size ... Anyway Milan, when resizing signatures remember to check the '' Restrain Proportions '' box and then just insert the latter value, in this case 180px and it won't be squashed. If 180px was against the rules, then 160px.

Well it really looks like different from the original one,but i think thats the only way, for it to be AS safe
And one more thing i forgot to request for an avy, so can anyone make me one too? Can irequest of a gif avatar of kenshin doing the "Amakakeru Ryū no Hirameki"? I dont have a siggy and an avatar of him so i want to have one too.. An original one And sry for making another request.. I hope i dont violate any rules abiding this.. Thanks in advance |

^You need to use the one Marina made. It doesn't look different, just smaller. Milan's version looks smaller as it seems he doesn't keep the original proportions when resizing an image, thus resulting in a squashed one.
Aand.. as for requests .. You will have to provide a picture for signature or static avatar always. If it's a GIF, then you always have to provide episode number and time frame ex. Episode 15, from 3:15 to 3:20.

Xianghua from Soul Calibur II. It's not utterly fantastic and the size constraints made it look a little bit funky, but... If a Xianghua or Soul calibur fan comes along and would like this sig, let me know. I can also put that person's name on it.

To the requester .. Do remember that if you have a 160px height signature, DO NOT include a thank you note to the maker in your signature.. Doing so will break the rule of the forum.. If you insist on giving thanks, use the reputation box and give the maker some rep. Of course, that means you'll need 50 posts first before your reputation can even start affecting it. You give out 0 with less then 50 posts (aka junior member cant affect any reputation)

@Sworn to Believe - That's a nice sig though the render needs a bit more blending
@Milan - Ugh...I tried the gif, but it's impossible. Keeping the size & quality isn't working. Best at the biggest size possible is this: (I tried slicing, but I was doing something wrong...) though at a smaller image size, the quality will improve.... @Aka_tsuki - That isn't a render...the file type is jpg, therefore it can't be a render...am I missing something here? EDIT at Milan - Hmm...it seems slower then normal while viewing it on Asuki but it seems fine when I save it on my PC...is it just my browser or everyone's getting the same problem?

@Starwing I don't really know how to blend it better...I did one of those things where I used the magnetic lasso and sort of rendered the image, and placed a different background in.

Is this thread really supposed to be about posting freebie sigs and asking for C&C ? As far as I know, it's for fulfilling requests. Although I can't make any signatures ( so Im not sure why i stalk this thread ), if I did make any, it would annoy me to check back if there are any requests I could do and see pages filled with unrelated posts.

@Dist - For us sig makers, c&c is important. Plus, personally, I am not annoyed cuz I find it entertaining and interesting to read what other sig-makers/sig-requesters have to say. Btw, if it were me and I had some free sigs, I would share it here too. That's my personal opinion but I guess if the thread gets too much side tracked, it's better for people to start VMing or PMing...again just what I feel.
