Welcome to FC Rhythm!
You should use thumbnails when posting big images instead of using spoiler tags. Also, I feel that hiding everything under several spoiler tags just complicates viewing your work and doesn't really help at keeping things in order.

First off, welcome to Fan Creations. We're always looking forward to new artists and their works.

Okay, let's see what we've got here. Not going to comment on the oldest stuff, of course. We all had our first moments of glory that we get increasingly ashamed of as years pass. As a standalone signature by itself, I like this one... ...the most, I think. It's simple but the background fits well. There's some oversharpening on the render, but nothing too drastic. Me likes. Then again, maybe it's just me and my love for everything that is blue. On the other hand... ...If you're interested in an advice, let me tell you one thing (you may already know, but I have a hard time judging that, explanation below). Be careful about picking dominant colors in your signatures. It can easily lead to a disaster. Often the best combination is either selecting very similar colors or such that contrast each other. Expanding on that, it's wisest to create somewhat of a symphony between the background and the render. While that was nicely done in the first signature I pointed out, Haruhi just failed in that aspect, which I fail to understand since your other sigs don't seem to have that flaw. Maybe you just experimented, still...pointing it out can't hurt. Good luck in the future. We'll be watching you.

Argh, I'm late. Oh well...welcome to FC!
Love the work you have here. Actually, your current sig. caught my attention for a while now. The use of a shadow silhouette with only one item highlighted as a distinguishing feature is a great idea. Your new sig is lovely but I think it lacks some shadows that could give it more depth. Also, the image in your animated avatar looks elongated - don't know if it's suppose to be like that or not. Anyway, those are just my humble opinions. Great work, nevertheless!

I looked at Arbitres' signature of the I sequence, and found that to be very interesting, then remembered that you made something similar to it. So I eventually got into this thread to congratulate you for that unique style

Very nice indeed, like how the purple lines sorta blend in with the image instead of it looking out of place. Love the purple background, but dont know who the person is
The white line-bar at the top and bottom do seem out of place though..

I'm late, and for this I apologize.
Rather than talk about some of work from the past, I figured it would be more productive to C&C your most recent work (the Hibari signature). Colour-wise, it all fits nicely. The shades of purple mix well. I like the idea of the tie going through the lines, as well as the effects on the tie. However, the whole sig seems to be unnecessarily too big; in other words the sides feel a bit too empty, regardless of V2 having the stars. Also, down to my personal preference, I think it would look much better with a light source added, specifically on the top left of his head. It would add some depth which seems to be currently lacking. Humble opinions however. Loving your work so far, so keep it up. |
